Like Rally's next door neighbor, Sonic, this so called fast food chain is possibly the slowest. I highly recommend bringing an encyclopedia to read while you wait in the drive through line. Warning: their drive through is extremely thin. Once you commit, there is no going back. They seriously need to hire more cooks. All jokes aside I waited 32 minutes for a number 2 combo and two value burgers. Once I received my order it was missing a burger. I've been here to leave a proper review three nights in a row to ensure they were not just having a "bad" night. On average we waiting 27 minutes for the same exact order. RIDICULOUS. read more

I waited in the drive thru almost 30min before making it to the speaker to place my order. I was told THEN that they were only accepting cash. Would a sign be too much to ask?? Cars in front of me...cars behind me. So I had to sit there and wait and wait until everyone in front of me got their orders before I was set free to go sit in another line for food elsewhere. It's fast food. Not really a lot to say about it. The fries were hot and fresh and one of my favorite reasons to come to Rally's when I need something fast. I really enjoy the Rallyburger too. The positive aspects of this particular place is they are nice, polite, and listen when you order. I hate when I have to bring something back because they didn't get the order correct. As far as fast food goes, when you gotta grab a bite, getting it hot and right is what matters and this Rallys did a good job. read more

Food is usually good, which is the only reason why I go. However, the service is f*cking disgusting. Always slow- I'm in the drive thru line for a half hour. I always have to check my bag because something is always missing. Heaven forbid you ask them to do anything else (eg give you a sauce). Then again, they're always out of something. I generally like some of the food at Rally Burger and pass by this one often so, after missing lunch today, I decided to drop in for some "fast" food. There was only one car in my line so I thought this will be quick. Wrong! On top of the fact that there was three people with apparently three separate orders in the car in front it seems that the Rally's crew must have been messing up because it took almost 10 minutes before I made my way to the window. It was a simple order, a fish sandwich and diet coke but they manged to mess that up. The first indication was when they asked for almost $10.00. Then the manager and the lady who took my order got into an argument about if my order had been taken. After a few minutes they gave me my diet coke then went to arguing some more. A few minutes later I got the bag with my fish sandwich. Apparently it had been sitting there all along but was pretty cooled off by then. Can't say it was a positive experience. Next time I'll stop at the nearby Burger King. They always have good service. read more

Wow here for a family emergency and wanted some fast food. I'm from Cali I have seen it all out this takes the cake. Horrible horrible service. Were do I begin. I was rushed to order my food. My order was wrong. The service lady that took my order was on a personal call on the phone while she attend to serve my order. All my burgers were completely squished fries were good. The food here meets my expectations when it comes to Rally's burgers and fries...however, the service is lacking quite a bit. There always seems to be an unexplained wait at the drive through and it usually isn't acknowledged by the person taking the orders. The last time I went, I made a special request yet it wasn't fulfilled (thank God I check my food before I pull off); the manager had an attitude about it when I brought it to her attention. My husband got us two Big Buford's and a large fry to share for lunch one day and first thing I noticed was how bland the hamburger was, it had NO flavor. Then looking at the receipt I noticed he had been charged 14.37 for the three items! I looked again at the receipt and there were no prices, no phone number so I decided to go on-line and get some prices. I went to the website and again no prices, only pictures. Finally a few days later I start looking at the back of receipt and found a website so I left feedback and no calls so far but I will keep you posted. read more

Love their food. And surprisingly enough they are friendly too. A rarity for a Portsmouth fast food restaurant.
