All went smoothly the first visit, until our lift broke and the guys were absolute gentleman. They provided me all our options and what they felt would be the best case forward. They ensured all wires were secure from my two little ones and taped everything off perfectly. They have always cleaned up after they leave and all looks better than it did when they first got here. We had to order a new lift, which wasn't cheap but the guys made sure I ordered the best one and then fit us in less than 2 weeks later to finally install our gorgeous chandelier. I am now left with a meter on the ground, up and down monthly invoices of great disparity, an additional invoice of $2,000 from Con Edison and a contractor who will not answer my emails or phone calls when asked for an explanation. I do not recommend this firm for any work due to their lack of transparency and unwillingness to have a conversation about their role and understanding of total costs.
