I have used this tax service two years in a row. Both times the lady who did my taxes messed up…read more This year she entered my bank account information wrong on my return. I did get my tax return but now we are getting a stimulus check and the IRS has my wrong bank account information. To make things worse IRS call center is shut down during COVID19 so I can't even call to correct my information. Who knows when or how I'm going to get my stimulus check. Mistakes can have a ripple effect and when dealing with someone's finances you have to meticulous. I'm very disappointed in the service and lack of concern she showed for the HUGE inconvenience this is still causing!
