If I could rate this office 0 stars, I would. The staff is extremely rude. I work in the medical field and this office is the only one our company will not work with. We are unable to get the paperwork we need. The office staff will lie to you and say they're working on it. They told us multiple times that they have proof they've faxed the documentation we need. I physically went to the office after 6 months of trying to get them to send it and all they had was the original one we faxed to them. The staff and office manager do not care about patient care at all. I just feel bad for the patients at this point. Do not go here. read more

Dr. Page is a wonderful doctor and TRULY LISTENS to your concerns and acts on them. He has helped me with everything from your common cold to an accident withprolonged pain, and pneumonia and bronchitis, and mental health issues. My mother was going to a her regular doctor for her new pain she was having, he kept saying "you are just getting old" and would send her out the door. I got her to go to Dr.Page instead and he ran tests something the other doctor never did..come to find out she was dying of cancer. This place is a JOKE! As a "practice" and as a place of employment. I worked as a MA for 2 months before I quit because I couldn't handle the bullshit anymore. This is basically a pill mill. The doctors "nurse" Candace, who isn't even a nurse btw, is so bipolar! One minute she's yelling, the next she's crying, you never know what to do or say. The patients all hate her because her and kimber (who is supposed to be the financial person, yet sits on her ass all day and "does nothing"... Candace's words) talk shit about each and every patient. I would have a patient in triage and they could hear every word Candace and kimber were saying about them. Candace thinks It's ok Bc "she's better than any of these pill heads". Well, they are pill heads thanks to Candace and Dr. Page. Stay far away from this shit hole. Candace will literally talk down to everyone and the moment you stand up for yourself she goes crying to the doctor. Oh, they also didn't pay me my last check, their excuse? "The accountant messed it up", funny how only my check was affected. Oh and if you plan on talking to Candace or kimber, good luck! They won't answer the phone. They have the receptionist tell you that they are "busy" or "working on it". I can assure you, they aren't working on shit! Let me just tell everyone how professional Candace is, she sent me a text message mocking my husband who was in the hospital on life support AND called me trash all because I told her I was getting a lawyer. She then blocked me. That text message is now with my attorney but the fact that she stooped that low should tell you what kind of person she is and what kind of practice she represents. My dad's been a patient for 20 years. Recently he had several health problems, was in hospital for a few days. One week After he got out he was acting strange and his health was declining again. He refused to go to hospital. He only wanted to see Dr Page. They told us to call ambulance. We did, twice. The ambulance could not take him as he refused. Let me remind you, my father is not in his right mind. Called Dr Page for 2 days at least 8 times and was told they would call us back. No one ever called. Megan at the front desk was kind and understanding but when I called on the third day the nurse answered and was rude and dismissive. I did let her have it with a few choice words. Bottom line, when there is a real emergency Dr Page has no time to see a patient. He overbooks and does his patients an injustice by not being able to even have time to call them back in a timely manner. We were desperate for help. You would think after my father being a patient for 20 years, someone would have called us. Full disclosure on the third day when I called a nurse answered ( previously it was always the receptionist) . She saw my name on caller ID and was rude the second she said "Dr Page's office". I asked why no one has called us back and was met with a very rude dismissive comment. I may have (finally) lost my cool and called her a few choice words. Great doctor -- but you will have to wait and wait and wait some more before you actually see him. First doctor in this area who managed to treat all my symptoms but after four-six hours in the waiting room I sometimes wonder if he's worth it. Also, if you move out of the area, you won't get your records transferred! read more
