My items arrived in 5 days and you cannot imagine the care that was taken in packing these priceless items. It took me quite some time and a few pair of scissors to unwrap the rocker. I can never tell those ladies how much I appreciate their care for me that day (I was very emotional) and for those items. We designed our t-shirt online and then I called to see if our order will make it in time and Michael G. told us it would on the phone, and then sent me an email with details. He also noticed that the color of tshirt we picked did not match the logo color (because color on screen can be deceiving!). And then helped us to find the t-shirt color best matched to our logo. During one visit, I overheard him speaking with a female employee and complaining about a previous customer within earshot of other customers. I found this unprofessional and disrespectful. Speaking negatively about customers in front of other customers reflects poorly on the business and creates an uncomfortable atmosphere. On a separate visit, his overall demeanor seemed negative and aggressive. His body language came across as angry and off-putting, and he was moving boxes in a rough, aggressive manner. He did not seem approachable or customer-focused and did not project the kind of professionalism I would expect from someone in a management position. I want to note that my other experiences at this location have been positive, and the other employees have always been polite and helpful. However, these interactions reflected poorly on the store and its leadership. Unfortunately, they left a negative impression and made the store feel less welcoming.
