I strongly advise against using Ram Tree Service based on my recent experience. What should have been a straightforward tree maintenance job turned into a frustrating ordeal. The issues began with their scheduling. After booking the service, they arrived two hours late without any advance notice or apology. When they finally started working, their lack of professionalism became immediately apparent. The crew seemed poorly equipped and disorganized. They left branches and debris scattered across my yard, despite their promise of complete cleanup in their service agreement. Several of my garden plants were damaged in the process, and they showed little concern when I pointed this out. The quality of their actual tree work was equally disappointing. The pruning cuts were uneven and poorly executed, leaving jagged edges that could potentially harm the trees' health. They also missed several dead branches that were specifically pointed out during the initial consultation. When I raised these concerns, their customer service was dismissive and unresponsive. Multiple follow-up calls and emails went unanswered, and they made no attempt to rectify the situation. For the premium price they charged, the service fell far below acceptable standards. I've since had to hire another company to correct their work and properly clean up the mess they left behind. If you value your property and trees, I recommend looking elsewhere for tree services.
