This service told me that they would have a quote for me later in the week, but they never showed…read moreup. The next week, they would not answer the phones. The third week, I still could not reach anyone. I would not expect any quality from their work as poorly as their customer service stands.

This company never answered their phone after I had been trying to reach them for almost 3 weeks…read more I left voicemails, sent texts (as directed on the voicemail message), and messaged them over Facebook. Not a single response until I left a negative review on Facebook. If you aren't taking jobs for whatever reason (i.e., hunting out out of state per photos on Facebook), you should post a notice to customers. Otherwise, not returning calls makes this company look VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and IRRESPONSIBLE. That's a poor business model. This company spent more time trying to get me to delete my negative review than they did trying to take my business.
