I believe many employees would be able to perform at a much higher level under stronger, more respectful, and professional management within the Bookkeeping department. Then he hung up on me. Complete waste of an entire week... the week before tax day. UPDATE: Called another CPA and they agreed with me. Not only was Fiotax rude and unprofessional, they were wrong in a way that would've cost me thousands of dollars if I hadn't terminated my relationship with them. Update 2: Nearly 6 years later, the business has replied to this review with outright lies. I did not demand anything or cause any distress to staff. I had asked for tax service, they agreed and took all my information, and then they gave me completely wrong tax advice and lied to me, and are still lying now. Avoid this business.
