Long story- After months of dealing with recurring issues and growing frustration with our previous pest control company, we finally made the switch to Advantage IPM--and it was one of the best decisions we've made. The final straw came when we discovered a large, active wasp nest inside our dryer vent. Not only was it a safety concern, but it also meant we couldn't use our washer or dryer. When we contacted our existing pest control provider, they told us it would be five days before they could come out. That response was incredibly disappointing given the urgency of the situation. We reached out to Advantage IPM, and Manuel Moreno came out the very same day. From the moment he arrived, he was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of our questions, and immediately got to work addressing the problem. The wasp nest was large and extremely active, but Manuel handled it with confidence and expertise. Thanks to him, the issue was resolved quickly, and we were able to get back to normal.

She patched the rather large rips on the jeans one in white and the skirt had Richie colored flowers and she used the same color thread. She did exactly what I had requested. And for a great price and I got to keep my same jeans items cuz I really did not feel like shopping for new clothes. She did an excellent job on the repair and said if I had any issues to bring them back. I'm so happy I found this place.

This company did a great job on my concrete work. My yard was all just dirt before. I had my…read moredriveway widened, and a walkway poured down my side yard, and my patio extended. It's a new house so the backyard was not landscaped. I'm very happy with their work. They cleaned up my yard before leaving each day. They even replanted a tree that had to be relocated for the concrete work. Good prices too. I would highly recommend them.
