Daniel was very nice I explained the issue and know the quality of their work from them working at my mother's house for over 30yrs. Last July we had Johnson Plumbing come out and fix a problem we were having with our HVAC. The guys that came out did an excellent job and were able to diagnose and fix the problem right away. My husband had this company saved in his phone and he went on the website to book an appointment last week and somehow redirected to another company that charged quite a bit for a new water heater. This company has been in business for decades, and you will not find a more reputable, honest, friendly, and professional company anywhere. They're not cheap, but they're also not outrageously expensive like some of these corporately-owned plumbing companies whose owners don't live in the area. On the other hand, you get what you pay for. We had to have a leaking faucet valve replaced, and it ran about $200. The technician, Isaiah, was extremely friendly, helpful and professional. Worth the cost when you consider the time, money and hassle involved running to the hardware store and buying all the necessary tools and parts, and then getting frustrated as you try to fix it. Plus these guys know what to look for in case there are other problems that might crop up down the road. read more

01-15-2024 reply to owner. Oh please Mr. President. I don't dispute the hour minimum or the minimum money charged. It's the work ethic to not fulfill the hour for a hours work. My understanding is billing is not a flat rate per job but strictly time and material after first hour. Did I miss something? Billed for an hour yet completed job in 22 minutes and didn't ask if I had any other issues to fill the hour. read more
