I noticed that she alters the coronation dresses based on some pictures she has in her shop so I assumed she must know what she is doing. I mentioned to her that I needed my wedding dress early because I was moving. She might have taken that to heart because I am incredibly disappointed with her work. The dress was taken up with little concern for how it fit and when I asked her to fix it she carelessly made it worse. The job is incomplete and I'm now scrambling 2 months before my wedding to find someone to fix it in my new town. Luckily there is a wonderful woman with 20+ years of wedding dress experience here. WORST customer service I have received! She was so rude and snotty towards me…read more I was originally quoted $30 a piece for something I had ordered. I went in this afternoon to pick up my order, and was told they would be about $100 a piece! That price is way too much for the simple work I requested. I stated it was an unacceptable price for me, and the lady at the desk argued that it was acceptable. She started telling me about how this company took a huge loss last year for whatever reason. (NOT my problem!) She never offered an apology for their mistake, but blamed their mistake on their part-time employee. I told her that they just lost a customer, and she didn't care. Guess they don't need my business.
