Not only did they not call and say they were not going to show, or that there was an issue, they did not send a text, or an email, or call my Mom. No explanation of anything to either of us. I would not chose to use this company based on the lack professionalism, lack of communication, lack of respect. If the company treats customers with this little respect on a bid, what would it be like to do business with them.

When trying to get a contact name and phone number at Pyramid to speak to about the mess, the chatbot would not get me this information. Poor service, poor quality, poor value. Irresponsible work and trespassing into our yard. This is a most horrible experience. I have pictures of everything.
