Then I had a need for a cleaning service when I was selling a home. It was a very emotional time and James met me to review the property. He noticed several other things i.e. deck, painting etc that were going to need to be fixed. I had no idea he also had a team to do everything. James communication throughout the process was excellent. The team he sent was absoutley outstanding. They completed the entire "punch list" with such expertise and helpfulness.
