He never even mentioned the brain injury during the settlement process, even though I kept asking about it. All he wanted to do, in my opinion, was settle fast, regardless of the cost to my health. I still get calls from creditors, hospitals, physical therapists who never got paid out of the so called settlement. He did not include my carpal tunnel and tendinitis in my workers compensation claim. He charged me 15 percent for his services, but our signed contract was for 9 - 12 percent. He did not believe anything that I told him. I went without a workers compensation doctor for 8 months.He had no sympathy for me and my pain, he was just interested in getting paid. He did not try to get me reimbursed for my out of pocket expenses. He also tricked me into signing the settlement agreement. He was not aware of the 132a, that I had filed. Mr. Shawn Gleason had no interest in me as a injured worker, he was just trying to get paid easy money. I told Mr. Gleason that he was the most untrustworthy person that I have ever met. I DO RECOMMEND THIS LAW FIRM TO ANYONE. FYI Mr. Gleason fired me after I filed a complaint with the State Board. I now represent myself.
