I finally stumbled across Titan and had them come out for a look. They could do both the block and wood and their quote blew away everyone else I had gathered quotes from. They showed up right on schedule and got to work on the fence. We hit a snag or two but nothing major and the project took a few days longer than expected but it got done and the workmanship is excellent. There was a good size crack in the ceiling that R&R had to repair and then repair the ceiling. When the guy from R&R arrived, my wife and I left out of town. It looks like they put chalking or something over half the crack and then painted the ceiling. When we got back from out of town, there was paint drops on our floors, they did not paint the vents on the ceiling which are now a different color and got paint on our ceiling fan because they did not take it down and just painted around it. Our house smelled like smoke and had to open the windows for the day/night to get the smell out. Ceiling looks good but it's poor how they didn't paint the vents and got paint on the floors and ceiling fan.

They basically worked 10-3 with an hour lunch. Our contract stated the job would be complete in 4 months yet it took them 9 months (tried to blame it on bad weather.......but we did not have 5 months worth!). The clincher was when we had to use our "final payment" to pay for materials before the job was complete because he (Patrick McBroom) was "broke and needed the money" (his words in a text). We ended up giving him 90% of the final payment PRIOR to the job being finished. DO NOT HIRE OR YOU WILL BE SORRY!!!!
