Quiet area besides the occasional barking, music, and cars. Neighbors are all friendly. Apartment interior are overall nice. They are 30-45 minutes from Corpus Christi, which is always a blast! Had a couple management issues but that's all. I recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a place in Kingsville.

Please enquire about average bill per month before signing lease because once signed, staff will play dumb. - Apparently they do not need your permission to access your room when and as they want please... - Walls are PAPER THIN. You can literally hear housemates fart, cough, sneeze, sip their coffee - basically what I'm saying is you are going to have to forego privacy. - A whole bunch of the buildings in the complex are vacant. People don't want to move here, do your research before being sweet-talked into signing a year long lease you cannot get out of. - The model units are nothing like the actual apartment you will likely stay in. They will make all sorts of excuses to avoid showing you the unit they will assign to you. - People out there are raising animals and not children - you will see this in the form of extremely dirty common areas. Just pray you don't get mismatched with one of these badly brought-up children. By all means this is not a bad place to stay but you can probably do better... 2.5/5, greedy organization that probably needs a management revamp.

Certain tenants are allowed to let their children ran rampant. You will constantly be tripping over somebody's toys. The laundry room equipment hasn't been updated in about twenty years and every dryer eats your clothes. They also are prone to albism and racism. Grounds are always unkept and the pool is never maintained. You also are not allowed even one guest. Overall any property owned by Dennis Yaklin is a horrible place.
