He is still a work in progress but Dr. Chiarello is always available to see him or return a phone call. The staff is efficient and extremely nice. You never wait longer then 10 minutes to get into his office. He is always on top of a situation,when something isn't working he has a different idea. We have a lot of faith in Dr. Chiarello we know he has my husbands best interest at heart. We feel very lucky to have found him. I recommend him very highly.

Unfortunately throughout my stay Dr. D spoke to me on occasion maybe twice a week if I was lucky. Beginning my third week stay in the unit I decided to have 3 cups of caffeine that morning because after two weeks of being on intensive medication the side effects were getting to me. When he came to speak to me that day he had notified me that because of my behavior he has witnessed in the last 45 minutes of him being on the unit, I will have to further increase one of my medications. There was no option and when I tried to explain anything to him, he was dismissive. He believed he knew me more than myself. While in the beginning of my stay he may have made good choices that lead me to safety and stability, he never trusted a word I said. He is not a "good" doctor. If anything he needs a psychiatrist. I do not recommend Mather Hospital psychiatric unit and if you have the unfortunate experience of having to go there I hope you do not have Dr. Delgado.

This was very uncomfortable for my wife and Dr Perera acted oh it's okay to stare at my wife while she's in that situation. He had no shame. Complained to the hospital and the administrations refused to discuss our concerns or apologize in person. they called us for a minute and apologize over the phone and didn't even give us the respect to speak to us in person. Doctors at this hospital don't know or care about patients privacy. we will never go back. They didn't even give us instructions on how to take the medications and forgot to send one of the medications to the pharmacy.

Let me start by saying I have been seeing different therapists since I was 17 years old and never…read morequite found one that fit, that is until I began therapy with Ms. Ross. She has more certifications than all of my other therapists combined and serves a wide clientele. She has helped me tremendously, working to become the best person I can be. Her certifications range from Marriage counseling which I have taken advantage of, to being an OASAS certified provider, to being an expert on Fibromyalgia a disease I suffer from. Her knowledge of all facets of mental health has truly led me to get more out of the 2 years/1x a week I see her than the 15+ years of therapy I had been in combined. That is saying a lot because one therapist I saw 3 times a week for 4 years and did not have many breakthroughs. I consider myself very lucky to have found a therapist that I can tell truly cares about my life, because she has been an advocate for me and has coordinated with my psychiatrist, court and probation. I would recommend seeing Ms. Ross to anyone that is having a tough time in life in general, with a significant other or for one of her specialties like anger management or drugs and alcohol. Even if you are not the one using drugs or alcohol but you need help in dealing with someone who is she is fantastic. I cannot say enough positive things about her because when a professional truly helps and understands you it is worth GOLD. Ms. Ross is always on time, always remembers specific issues, most importantly for me she doesn't just let you run away with the session she centers you and keeps you on topic and seems to always know the right thing to say. I have been a patient for 2 years almost and every session I leave thinking about what she said and implementing it into my life and have found my relationships are better and I am taking much less medication. Ms. Ross is also very knowledgeable on medication and it's pros and cons and is more than willing to be an advocate for you. 5 stars and 2 thumbs up I owe this woman so much for improving my life. It has felt so relieving to find her and know I am under great care. She is so thorough and really takes the time to listen to you. She is also a great teacher and extremely knowledgeable. I have had so many questions and she has helped me understand myself, the medications and the process of treatment. She really seems to care. Doctor Welby also has a phone number for her patients to contact her through text or phone if needed. It has been so helpful to be able to text her and get reply's! She goes above and beyond in her treatment. She has two locations, Fairfield and Milford which is actually really helpful!
