I brought my car for an oil change. One of the employees who was leaving shift took my car keys…read morehome with him. They called me over to the automotive center and accused me of not dropping off my keys. Even after telling them I dropped my keys off, the employee rudely implied that I was stupid and must have forgotten before they finally realized that one of their employees took my key home with him. I had to wait around the store (2 hours) for them to get in contact with the employee, get my key back, get an oil change AND I didn't even get a discount on my oil change. It was a terrible experience, and when I brought up how I understand mistakes are made, but I don't like being talked to like that, it was an offhand sorry and nothing to make up for it. Poor customer service. Rude employees. Complete lack of critical thinking skills needed to solve problems.
