Fast service! They helped us super quick and didn't fix what wasn't broken. Appreciate that very much!

We had a leak in our main water valve. A plus came out the same day to fix the problem. Mike came…read moreout and fixed the problem quickly and efficiently. It is hard to find good companies to work with. Thankfully, we found a good one!

My toilet has been clogged since Saturday and believe it or not, A+ Plumbing were the first plumbers to even want to come out and check the clog. We are new to the area so I went to the Yellow Pages for info, since there were hardly any reviewed plumbers. I started on the first page and started calling for estimates. See all those BIG fancy ads on the plumbers page? I called four of the biggest and not one came out. The first one said "Call me back and leave your info, I'll be by this afternoon." Nothing, he never came, he never called. I had one of the biggest shops give me advice on how to unclog the toilet MYSELF!! Oh Lordy!! Finally, I took a chance and called one of the plumbers with the small ad on the second page of shops. Bingo!!! I talked to Dave the owner who said his coworker Mark, would be out shortly. AND HE WAS THERE WITHIN THE HOUR. Eventually, Dave had to come out and work on the access pipe outside the house and within 3hrs of my phone call, my problem had been solved!! A+ was incredibly professional, timely, neat, honest and fairly priced. I would never hesitate to call them again. 5 stars!!!

We spent a LOT of money with FTS for a HVAC system to replace our old one that performed very well and trouble free for many years. From day one the new 'high efficiency' system failed repeatedly. Our electric bill TRIPLED. To be fair, FTS did send us a check for a small part of that increase. One FTS Tech blamed it on, "Dirty power", and had me wading through snow during a cold snap just about every hour to physically reset the system. It was not, "Dirty power". I contacted the manufacturer of the system. They opened a, 'trouble ticket' and then did absolutely nothing to help us. Another FTS Tech said it was because of, "Low return air", and that we would need to cut in a new vent to increase it. This was not true. Later on another FTS Tech said he knew what was causing it... "Rain", he said. It was not because of, "Rain". That same Tech came back a week or so later and - quietly - replaced a computer board of some type that looked like something very important. After that the system actually worked - for a while. It failed again. The next Tech said a sensor had failed. This part was still under warranty. He could replace it for $749.00 if we wanted it to be guaranteed, or $499.00 if not. Nope. That was about all I was willing to take. I emailed the owner. Asked him to coordinate with us to come and remove their system. Of course, no response. We called another service company. They obtained the part (under warranty) from the manufacturer and replaced it for $125.00 - guaranteed! I'm old. Been around a long time. FTS has provided the worst experience I have ever had with any kind of service organization. That should tell you a lot. I do not recommend FTS.

I recently had FTS Heating & Cooling come service an AC unit at one of my rental properties. Upon…read morereceiving my invoice -- they charged me $329 for replacing a capacitor on the AC unit. This was just the charge for the part (service call/diagnostics was $99 -- which I'm fine with). Anyway... I called 2 other AC companies and showed them the invoice and they ALL said the capacitor part (at best) should have cost $30--$40). Hence ... charging $329 for a $40 dollar part is a bit of a markup. I will NOT be using them anymore, and I would recommend you not either -- they are NOT trust worthy.
