Today the owner was offering a free session, so I thought this was the time. I walked in and was greeted right away by the owner. The music was blaring, weights were being dropped and lots of grunting and groaning. The other new attendees arrived and the class got busy. We started with a great warm up, and got into the workout. Normally the owner/trainer post the WOD, workout of the day and a big board and you get busy. The owner/trainer explained each exercise, he patiently gave modifications for those that were struggling. The workout took about 30 minutes to complete. It was a great session, but not my type of fitness center. I will stick with the YMCA, but I am REALLY glad that I was brave and gave it a try.

They not only offer in person classes but because of Covid they offer live zoom classes and recorded zoom in case you can't get in on a live. His personalized training program for me made it both challenging and rewarding. I was so pleased with my overall improvements in strength and muscle definition that I convinced my husband to start training with me and Mike. We still train a couple times a month with Mike to stay on track with our different fitness goals (sports training and half marathon cross-training), and we both are thrilled with our results. We love the 24 hour access to the gym and the very reasonable prices for membership. The equipment and facilities are well maintained. There are all types of folks that train here - serious lifters, folks focused on weight loss, cardio-driven people, and everything in between. This gym has 2 levels that offers anything you could think of! I love that it's two levels so even though it's busy, you can get away to the second level & not feel so compact. The free weight section could be a little bigger in my option because that's probably the most popular. But there's a meter on the app that will let you know how just the gym is which is a really nice feature to add. The gym & locker rooms are always clean, the spa area is also very clean! I always have goodluck with service when I go. If you're suspect about it, you can go do a tour before you commit!
