His actions have been very disruptive and he intentionally calls first thing in the morning or during typical dinner time hours. If you want someone to harass people on your behalf this is your guy! Edit: Randy claims to have never spoken with me yet clearly based on the screen shot I told him to reach out to my current realtor almost a month ago on 6/10. Randy is a very nice gentleman! A kind person and a thoughtful person! He met my husband once, at our door. When my husband had a day off, which is rare. Randy was kind and dealt with my husband's grumpiness very well and got him to open up and they spoke for a while, Randy was able to speak with him and get enough information out of him to find out that we were interested in selling our home. Ideally, we would like to keep it, however, if we do sell as we have family, living and aging on the East Coast that we need to visit with. Life is too short! My reason for removing my listing was that we had a terrible agent who failed in every way possible. Randy to the rescue!! He came to our home the same day he called. He had a ton of absolutely critical information for us. He asked us to make a few minor changes to the staging of our home. He took oral notes on his phone thru out the walk thru. If I could give less than one star I would. This guy is an embarrassment to the profession. My wife has cancer and we decided to downsize and put our house on the market through an agent. We then decided, within two weeks, we wanted to stay put rather than add more stress by moving and took the home off market. We then received an unsolicited call from Randy about why we took the property off market. We told him to call our real estate agent, but he said he knew there was a medical issue and kept questioning "when do you want to put the house back on the market". Out of frustration my wife said "when I die": UNBELIEVABLE, AND UNPROFESSIONALLY, HE CALLED A WEEK LATER AND ASKED THE SAME QUESTIONS. Again we told him our agent's name and asked him not to call us. I guess some people will do anything to get a listing, but preying on someone who decided not to sell a house because she has terminal cancer is beyond human decency.
