They purchased in West LA so I was a little surprised but OC is definitely Wayne's stomping ground. We were first time homebuyers and Wayne really took the time to answer all our questions and pretty much held our hand throughout the process. He gave us honest opinions, which is refreshing because you would think he would say whatever it takes to make a purchase but he's totally not like that. It's a medium size moving truck that Wayne offers to clients. We took advantage of this perk and it was really convenient.
