An hour later, they called me back saying that they need to find me someone specilaise with concussion exercise. This took me another 2 weeks to wait for the changes. And the day before the appointment, in the late afternoon, they phoned me back to tell me that they are cancelling my appointment becuse the physio therapist Jaslyen Singh noticed FEW DAYS ago that she did not have time for an initial assessment. Her 45 minutes session is prefer for something else. The front desk claimed that they did not know that I have concussion !!!!! And they asked me to phone around the town to find someone to make an intial assessment and come back for an appointment which they do not know when. I will never recommend this place to anyone.

The husband wife team of Love and Mona did not focus on my pain, but on unloading their considerable family tension and issues. It started with them bickering in a passive aggressive manner behind the desk, then Mona carrying it on into the treatment room with me. I guess now I know why it was so easy to get a same day appointment, when other clinics are booked for weeks. The only other person in the waiting room was grandma, just hanging out and chatting. This couple will drag you into their conflict about how to raise children, run their business, share responsibility, etc. I would have been better just icing my injury than listening to this nonsense.
