All but one of their employees are top notch, friendly and very helpful. Crew and his partner as far as I am concerned are the best of the best. I used another business because they were a few dollars cheaper but their product was cheap and quite working the first summer. Called Ware and they were able to repair it and even got the manufacturer to help out. A second time I went with the plumber who was partnered with the carpenter who remodeled my house. I paid the carpenter, the carpenter paid the plumber, the plumber cannot be found and it cost me a few thousand dollars for Ware to come and redo all the plumbing under the house that had been done incorrectly. That was an eye-opener for me. Not everyone one in Atlanta Tx. is on the up and up. Ware is definitely one of the good guys. He may not be the cheapest in town but in this case you get what you pay for and in the long run I would have saved money both times using them in the first place. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND WARE PLUMBING AND AIR. THEY ARE NUMBER ONE IN MY BOOK. And if you know me at all you know I am picky about things and want things done how I want things done. Atmos energy came out to test the line and with his testing equipment showed a gas leak the technician said the gas line was loose. I might add that when I was at seventh grade my family's house burnt to the ground because of the exact same thing a loose gas pipe to the stove. OK, there was some arguing on the phone, but it wasn't from me and when I got on the phone, I asked the office manager a few questions and she kept telling me about her policy. Reeda sent out a tech and he used my machine and couldn't get it either. He had a same size machine in the truck that he also brought out. After a few try he told my tenant it was most likely tree roots clogging the pipes and since it's Friday he's leaving and won't be back until Monday. I called Reeda the next morning(Saturday) pleading for her to send someone out to fix the issue but she informed me they don't work weekends especially since they have a party this weekend. I then had to call another plumber out to fix the issue. They just had to use their commercial size auger to get it unclogged easily. I even paid extra so he can run his camera to see the issue and it ended up being toilet paper and not tree roots like Reeda plumbing said. Reeda called Monday expecting I still need their service... they think I would keep my tenant from being able to use the bathroom for a whole weekend... When I told her another plumber got it fixed already, she then demanded a payment??? They did not have the proper tools for the job. I would not recommend at all!
