All but one of their employees are top notch, friendly and very helpful. Crew and his partner as far as I am concerned are the best of the best. I used another business because they were a few dollars cheaper but their product was cheap and quite working the first summer. Called Ware and they were able to repair it and even got the manufacturer to help out. A second time I went with the plumber who was partnered with the carpenter who remodeled my house. I paid the carpenter, the carpenter paid the plumber, the plumber cannot be found and it cost me a few thousand dollars for Ware to come and redo all the plumbing under the house that had been done incorrectly. That was an eye-opener for me. Not everyone one in Atlanta Tx. is on the up and up. Ware is definitely one of the good guys. He may not be the cheapest in town but in this case you get what you pay for and in the long run I would have saved money both times using them in the first place. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND WARE PLUMBING AND AIR. THEY ARE NUMBER ONE IN MY BOOK. And if you know me at all you know I am picky about things and want things done how I want things done. My Generac whole home generator got zapped by lightning and the controller was fried recently. I…read morewent to Generac's website and found Bart Wilson's company and he just came and fixed the problem quickly to get me up and running again. He is also going to install a surge protector at my home and add the WiFi remote monitoring system so I will know what is going on with my generator at a lake cabin 2 hours away. Additionally, Bart will also be notified if there is a problem and can provide service when needed. Great guy who answered his own phone and came when he said he would. Rare service these days indeed.
