Couple that with the fact they are selling weight loss drugs (and the supervising physician is about 100 pounds overweight,) their lab is dirty, a big (but sweet) dog has the run of the place and the whole atmosphere is disorganized at best. Way too many irons in the fire here....they are doing family practice, hormones, weight loss, facials...something about "liver" health. I gave them a fair chance but the nurse supervising the hormone therapy is Nurse Ratchet on steroids as far as bedside manner. Plenty of other clean, professional, PLEASANT providers for these services. Just "ick."

Absolutely Disappointed - Worst Customer Service Experience…read moreI've been a loyal monthly member at VIO Med Spa and have purchased their microneedling with PRP package twice. However, my recent experience was extremely disappointing and showed a complete lack of professionalism and basic decency. I had to cancel my appointment after testing positive for the flu and immediately informed the spa. Despite the obvious health risks, I was still charged a $50 fee for not canceling 24 hours in advance -- even though I had booked the appointment just one day prior. When I tried to explain, both the manager and a staff member responded rudely and showed zero empathy or flexibility. The owner later claimed only healthcare professionals would understand that the flu is contagious -- as if expecting her staff to know that was too much. Even my 10-year-old nephew understands that public places should be avoided when you're sick. She also promised a $50 refund, which was never issued -- a clear sign of dishonesty. On top of that, I was charged for two months of membership (July 11-Sept 11) without receiving any membership benefits. When I asked why I wasn't getting membership discounts despite being charged, the manager gave no logical explanation and clearly didn't want me there -- but I've already paid, and I will continue to use the services I'm owed unless they refund me in full. I have never seen a place who appoints such disrespectful and illogical person as a manager. I regret ever doing business with this spa. Once I've used the rest of my prepaid package, I will never return.
