My last experience with the other massage therapist was horrible, she had no idea about actual massage therapy seems like she was not expert at her field. i specifically told her y i am here what needs to be done but the whole time she was giving me relaxing body massage other then doing the actually thing to ease my pain. unfortunately Anna was not working that day and was stuck with inexperienced therapist and not knowing at all about the real massage therapy, i had to interrupt her couple of time and she kept saying she is coming onto that and wasted my time and money to get the useless thing done. this place is running by lack of knowledge people and the therapists. (which i doubt they are really registered therapist) since Anna is not there anymore i would not put step into this business anymore.

The vibe of this place was calm and relaxing, Krista was UNREAL and they told me they dont accept tips. Wahhhhhhhh?!?! Krista was so incredible. I'd had really good results with the technique previously and wanted to try it on my tight calves. A Facebook friend mentioned being treated here so I did a bit of investigating. They're really quick to answer emails and very helpful! It took a while to organise an appointment-a mixture of them being busy and me having to work. When we managed to coordinate schedules, it was really easy. I was allowed to book by email and got a time that suited me! The space is really lovely. It's all open in the centre with lots of light and shiny wood floors. Individual treatment rooms are off to the side which was really nice. Can't say I love going to physio and being in a row of beds as if it's an old style ward. I like my privacy! Especially when I'm paying for it. My reception was friendly and I was given the usual intake forms and then it was just a short wait before my physio arrived. I had Carl who was fabulous. Really friendly, very thorough and excellent clinically. He picked up on stuff without me telling him which is always a good sign. He also didn't just look at my calves-he was more holistic and system-based which I also liked. There were moments when I didn't completely love him (like when he was putting needles into my chronically tight muscles) but overall I have only praise for him! I particularly liked it that he didn't try to book me in for more sessions. It was left open-ended...I can go back if I need to. I don't like being stuck going back forever and ever. Rates are pretty standard I think. It's $110 for the first session which is stated to be 45 minutes. I think it was at least that if not slightly longer. Follow-ups are $60 for 20 minutes and $70 for 30 mins. I think most places are that expensive though. And I escaped with a one-off. Think my calves feel better. Despite disregarding all the post-procedure advice. Sorry Carl!

I found this place through Yelp, and was in desperate need of a massage…read more In the past year or so I have shifted to a much less active lifestyle then in previous years due to a number of life changes. I was wanting to break this vicious cycle and get back to my old active self, and in the past month or so I have ramped up activity by going to the gym, and recently getting back into playing basketball. Silly me believing that my body was the same as it was a year ago! Though I felt sore after playing basketball, after waking up the next day my entire body was pretty much a piece of hard cardboard. I was so stiff I was barely able to get up and down stairs with out a lot of effort. I figured I needed some quick intervention by an RMT to help get my juices flowing again, a quick search on Yelp led me to this clinic and Lienne Cole. Though we had a bit of a miscommunication due to the online booking system, Lienne was able to see me quite quickly in the morning. The clinic is tucked away in a small plaza with no large signage to really distinguish it, so if you are booking a late night appointment and this is your first time, be sure to arrive a bit early to allow time to find the place. Upon arrival Lienne was very bright and chatty, but always staying on topic with regards to the purpose of my visit, what ailments I have and what she would proceed to do. Through out the treatment Lienne was also very good at giving advice, pointing things out where I am more tighter then in other areas, and generally she really seemed to know her stuff. She was pointing out certain muscles that may be causing my tightness and was very good at pin pointing where to work her magic. I have tried a number of other RMT's and I found most to be very hit and miss. Lienne was just great and I find it hard to find any faults. She had great communication, very open to discussing concerns, great advice and just generally was great over all. One word of warning though Lienne may seem petite she can definitely go deep! Im not the one to write bad reviews but this is a very terrible place. Their customer service is…read moreatrocious. Let me explain what happened - I went for an oil massage there. Sally said that my spine was not straight and asked if she can fix it. Of course I said yes, expecting massage therapy. After a 10 minute massage she left the room for 15 minutes. When she came back she put another person in my room and began acupuncture on them. I didnt say anything. Then she poked 10 acupuncture needles( more like darts) in me. I was taken by shock! I was paying for a massage, not this pain!! No warning, nothing. I didnt say anything again because I know the great benefits of acupuncture. She then leaves the room for 30 minutes and comes back to relieve me of the painful darts. She placed a towel on my back and started scrubbing it vigorously to put my spine back in place. It hurt so bad, I told her I was in pain and I was crying but she didnt stop. Once that was done I quietly put my clothes back on ( IN FRONT OF THE OTHER PATIENT IN MY ROOM) , payed and left quickly.
