I wasn't sure what finish to have on my floors, so I did research and decided on water based finish. Juan helped me decide what sealer/stain to put on my floors. It took them 5 days to install the new wood on about 250 sq ft, then sanding it all down with my existing floors, approximatly 1400 sq ft., and sealing and putting on 2 coates of finish.
