Vinyl techs took 6 weeks to complete and salesperson was slow to get things resolved. Carpet techs left fingerprints all over our doors and walls. No apologies. No offer to clean. Carpet techs left old carpet pieces scattered all over the upstairs. Carpet techs were awful. They showed up a half day late making me take a 1/2 day off work. No call to tell us they were going to be late. Carpet on landing not cut under doors, but cut outside doors so you can see the room carpet in hallway. Very sloppy. Now, they won't send out the carpet installers to fix even though we've paid over $6,100. They refuse to make it right. I would never recommend this business again as things stand now.

They waited to be tipped saying they were done, the husband looked around at the mess and decided not to tip.
