When we arrived, there were no cars available for us. They told us that they tried to call us multiple times during the day. I showed the person our call logs that we didn't receive one call. If we did, we would've answered it because we were available all day long. And we certainly wouldn't have driven 45 minutes there just to turn around and drive 45 minutes back and then have to figure out how to get ourselves to the Raleigh airport tomorrow. We rent one-way rentals from this car dealership multiple times a year and this is very disappointing that they don't even care about us loyal customers.
