Really bad experience at this tax agency. I wanted my taxes…read morefiled Itemized. The President/Owner filed as Standard. I asked him twice if he had added my itemized deductions and also pointed to my itemized information in front of him. Both times he said Yes. I discovered he had filed as Standard and not Itemized. I went back to their office and asked why he did not itemize my Return. He said I did not meet the Standard deduction with my itemized items. This is not true. Had he added all of my deductions, which included Real Estate Taxes, Mortgage Interest, Property Taxes and Contributions, he would have seen the total amount was over standard. The Owner and another Preparer then said I need receipts to attach to the forms for all of my deductions and that is why he filed Standard deduction. (They don't need to attach receipts to the forms, plus he filed it electronically and he never mentioned to me that he needed receipts). When I questioned them, they were not very nice. The Owner had also mentioned to me that the higher cost for preparing my taxes this year is because they have to pay for their expensive computer tax program. Customers Beware!

The owner held my tax papers hostage for two and one half months. He also told me that I would owe approximately $4,400 Federal and $500 to the state. When I took the documents to an honest tax preparer the final bills were $2,394 Federal and $62 state. I can't suggest any words more derogatory than "stay away from this business". They don't complete the returns until the last minute and they are usually wrong, at least that has been my experience. If you choose to ignore this advice, all I can say it "GOD HELP YOU"

I was re-applying for residency at the 12 month mark since I couldn't get it when I initially applied. I am submitting every document under the sun to prove I've been living here, and then they suddenly say they need my tax documents for 2022 and they give me a little over a week as a deadline. Mind you, taxes aren't even due yet, and I haven't dealt with them since I've had a number of other things on my plate, so now I'm scrambling to find someone to do them. I made an appointment here and talked to Kristy. I told her about what I needed and the deadline. She noted she had a lot of other people lined up, but when I offered to pay a rush fee, she refused and said she'd make a note to do it the very next day so I'd make the deadline. Next day, everything is done. Even I after submitted those documents and they demanded MORE, Kristy was right on top of it after I sent her an email. I'm happy to say I finally got approved for residency and don't have to pay an obscene amount of money for tuition when I go back to school. Kristy was awesome and really amazing throughout the process. I HIGHLY recommend going here.

We had an appointment and got there 10 minutes early, our tax associate Jill Faulkenberry received us on time. She was so helpful and friendly. She explained every detail about the process, asked us many questions in order to do the right thing and even let us use her computer to print our school books receipts that we forgot to take with us. The whole meeting probably took around 30 minutes with Jill always being clear and explaining all the steps of the way. She even gave us some advices how to prepare ourselves for the taxes next year. We had a great experience and definitely will be back for next year taxes.

Absolutely horrible experience. I let them know exactly what needed to be done and 3 x it came…read moreback incorrect. I literally sent a snapshot on what to do and still done wrong. I can do my own taxes but they needed to add a code that I couldn't do without the software. Don't use them..the are expensive also. Waited 4 months to get the taxes done correctly. Excuse after excuse was given why it wasn't done. It was an easy return! Short form.
