We needed something affordable and something reasonable given the age of the vehicle with quality results- which is a tough ask! Otherwise, we'd need to go ahead with a panel replacement and spend ~$2000+ After speaking with this business, we had quick replies (minutes), quick scheduling (avail in less than 2 days), a fast turnaround (less than 2hrs), clear communication (on yelp scheduling & over text), an incredibly fair price ($500 in this case), great convenience (came out to friend's apartment and was able to do everything in the garage) and great quality results! All positive things to say, definitely would work with Tony again! Check out the before and after to see how bad the damage was and how it looks now, we were quite pleased, paint came out great, most of the originally massive dent was evened out, and now the whole area is looking good as new from many angles! The owner, Luke, made empty promises about repairing everything according to the insurance estimate, but nothing went as promised. When they returned my car, it was filthy, covered in dust both inside and out. After I washed it, I was horrified to find white dots on the hood, new scratches all over the sides, and an aftermarket tail light that doesn't even fit properly--it has a gap so big I can stick my finger in it! To top it off, they didn't return my car key with the vehicle, leaving me stranded without it for over a week. When Luke finally showed up to "fix" the new scratches, he did nothing but make things worse by attempting to buff them out in my driveway, leaving ugly marks all over the surface. The guy clearly doesn't know what he's doing! I've been trying to get Luke to fix the damage they caused, but he keeps stalling and making excuses. It's clear he has no intention of making things right. I've had to take this issue to court just to get some resolution. Do yourself a favor--stay far away from this place. They've caused more damage than they fixed, and now I'm left dealing with the aftermath. It's been an absolute nightmare, and they've wasted my time, my money, and caused me nothing but stress. [Update] The owner called me and tell me he's putting a lien on my car! This is completely ridiculous, considering the car has even more damages now than before. He's claiming he saved me $900, but how can he say that when the car is in worse shape? To make it worse, he advertises that he can waive the deductible and save customers more, but that turned out to be completely false. Instead of saving you money, he'll put a lien on your car!

They not only did a great job completing all of the repairs my insurance paid for, but detailed my car and repaired several places on my car that insurance didn't cover - all "on the house". I was out of town on vacation, and they worked with my insurance company all on their own - and even the insurance company had said they were easy to work with.
