Best body work EVER! Unfortunately, I have had experience with a number of collision repair shops. Mario at Premier Autosports Collision Center went above and beyond. They not only did a great job completing all of the repairs my insurance paid for, but detailed my car and repaired several places on my car that insurance didn't cover - all "on the house". I was out of town on vacation, and they worked with my insurance company all on their own - and even the insurance company had said they were easy to work with. I was referred to this place as they work on total-loss cars (most shops like Service King don't). It took them a bit of time to get started (give me an estimate, tow the car to their place). But once all the parts were in their hands it took them about a week from starting repairs to handing me the keys. Service King's estimate was about $5500 for the visible repairs. I was able to have these guys do all the repairs, PLUS do some extra bodywork from previous accidents PLUS swap out the fan clutch and water pump (I had them for replacement before the accident), all for about $4200. How was I able to get such a low price for all of this? They let me bring my own parts. I was able to buy the parts on Amazon for less then what it costs the shop. Removing that middleman allowed me to save thousands of dollars. The reason why I bring this up is because most shops won't allow you to bring in your own parts because they make so much money on the part's mark-up. But these guys are the rare exception and I thank them for that. It speaks to the fact that their first priority is to get you back on the road instead of trying to make as much money off of you as possible. Their customer service is also really good. George freely hands out his cell phone number and is responsive to calls. He will also text/email you progress pictures, keeping you in the loop. If I will ever need a bodyshop again I will use them. read more

I had minor paint damage on the rear panel of my Acura. I got another estimate from a larger auto body repair place and than went to Premier. Premier's quote was much better.I was able to get the car into Premier immediately and the car was finished when they promised it would be done. Additionally they charged me a lot less than the quote! Their customer service was excellent from the time I initially came in for the quote until I drove the perfectly repaired car from the shop. Hopefully I won't need to have any further repair work done on my car(s) but if I do I would definitely use Premier again. read more

I'm here right now and am overwhelmed by how kind, helpful, and considerate Edy and his team at Premier Collision are. I was in a car accident about 2 hours ago- a work truck ran into me and though I'm fine physically, I was quite shaken up emotionally. While I waited for the police to arrive, I left my car radio on, but engine off, so after everything with waiting on police, them verifying other driver's insurance, etc, my battery ended up dying. The police officer didn't care and said he couldn't help. I called a friend and she tried to help me, but we were unsuccessful figuring out how to jump the car. I called the collision center to let them know and he offered to send a guy out to jump my car. He arrived promptly and professionally then I followed him to the shop. When I walked in, the woman at the front desk was so kind. She even asked how I was doing after the accident and if I was okay. It really meant a lot to me because I was still pretty shaken up. Edy then came out to look at my car and give me the estimate (which is going to the other driver's boss) and said "I'll get this done quickly for you. Make yourself at home (in the lobby, which is very nice, clean, and well stocked). I'm so happy that I chose Premier Collision Center and I highly recommend it. read more

Herb's Paint and Body referred me to Premier to begin with, which I am very appreciative. I have a 1996 Tahoe that "was" green and gold. I wanted to paint it black and then reupholster the seats. To do a color change is most difficult to get rid of the old color. They meticulously prepped the truck and you would think the new truck color was stock. The leather upholstery was replaced and looks / feels great. That was just the beginning. During the paint and body job they pulled the seats and carpet out and all molding at the same time and placed Dynamat all over the inside of the truck and under the hood to reduce noise on this old rickety 96' Tahoe. They also customized the center console that was plastic and placed leather on it, as well as the upper console. Looks factory, again. We'll I then "needed" a new stereo that was not the same size as the holes that were in place on the dash and low and behold, they fabricated a new dash opening and yes, it looks factory. Then I "needed" an Escort Radar detector that was to be concealed and they placed the monitor in the upper console and it looks like it belongs. These guys are so creative and the result is just excellent and I am VERY particular. I "needed" new side mirrors, no problem, they got them in, painted and they are on the car and they look great. They even painted my Malibu truck hitch insert matt black. Perfect. Now what they really excel in is attitude, tenacity and going that extra step to take care of the customer. My truck, being so old and having a lot of plastic makes noises I do not want to hear. We'll poor George and Mario just keep plowing away at these noises with a wonderful attitude every time I bring the truck in and say "we'll I now notice another noise". I don't know how many times they have pulled my dash looking for these noises, without a complaint one. They just take the truck back with a smile and get after it. Another extra effort story is my engine was a mess and these guys went out of the box and would take the truck to my mechanics during down time on the truck; where they dropped it off and picked it up, which was tremendous and was so appreciated by me. They did this numerous times and these places were not a short distance from them. Mario and George are just good guys that enjoy what they are doing and give extra effort to get the job done right and are incredibly patient. You should not hesitate to use Premier and trust your vehicle to these guys. I do not hand out positive comments very often at all. You cannot go wrong...... read more
