Also, said they came a few times before they stopped coming and I went with it, but went back and looked at our street camera and no one came on many of the days they said they had been out to the house. Very disappointing, as they seemed legit at first, very personable and friendly and they did come out initially within a few days, left a lovely goodie bag for my fur babies. I'm not sure what happened but pretty shady practices. Update: requested money back claimed they had been to the house despite my cameras saying otherwise. Claimed they charged me for a day that was not part of our agreement, my gate was locked, says they charge anyways. This company is a joke. Stay clear.

It's a national company, and once you sign a contract, the work can be assigned to whoever takes it, resulting in little consistency and poor quality control. Our experience dealing with the Minneapolis office was just as disappointing as the service itself. We found them rude, pushy, and untrustworthy. To make matters worse, they took advantage of my 84-year-old mother through a verbal contract and auto-renewal she clearly told them--twice--she did not want. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. There are far better options available for half the price.
