I had been a customer for over 7 years. Last week I tried starting my sprinkler system. There…read morewere parts lying on the ground and a cracked plastic top by the system shut offs. The system was not working. Everything was working fine until Best Irrigation winterized my system last fall. I called the company and they told me there must be damage from the freeze that had happened. This damage was not communicated to me, noted in the service techs notes, nor anything said about any damage that could have happened because of the freeze. The parts were lying on the ground and parts were obviously broken. The service tech told me everything went fine. If parts were lying on the ground and cracked parts, then there was obvious damage and it should have been communicated. If I knew there was damage I would have scheduled an appointment. The lack of communication is unacceptable and I will be finding a new irrigation company. I spoke to Best Irrigation and they did not want to remedy or help fix the problem.

ZERO star review!!!…read more Extremely unprofessional. I had Brandon with Premier property care at my house last fall to bid me on some asphalt milling's for a driveway. I told him in my message that I'm getting multiple bids which is typical when you're doing a project. He bid me on the project and in early December I told him I was going to wait until spring. Do to the mild winter we had last year I ended up getting the work done in late December by another company. No big deal, stuff like that happens all the time right? Fast forward to this September I reached out to Brandon with Premier property care again asking for a bid to add on to my driveway. I stated to him that the original driveway he bid me on was completed by another company. He seemed to have no issues with that and agreed to come out and take a look at what I wanted to have added on. When the guy showed up he had an attitude instantly. We had about a two minute conversation and then he stated to me that I completely wasted his time last year because he bid me on my project and I used a different Company. He went on to state multiple times in the Conversation how I wasted his time last year. Apparently he was thinking I hired him for the job last fall which I did not, he stated he had me on the schedule which I was very confused about because I did not hire him. Nothing in my text messages stated I was hiring him, We had no signed contract and I never even saw a Contract for the work to be completed, I had not given any kind of down payment For the work to be started, there was no verbal agreement for him to do the work, NOTHING.... So that was very confusing to me as to how and why he had me on the schedule. I mean who does work without a verbal agreement, signed contract and down payment?? As he is raising his voice and telling me how I wasted his time last year the conversation escalated quickly, next thing you know we are yelling at each other in my driveway. My wife and children are in the house wondering what the heck is going on. I will say I've never been this disrespected at my own property before, not even in public has anybody disrespected me like this let alone in my own driveway with my wife and kids in the house. I was blown away how a company like this who goes out and bids people on projects would have the audacity to disrespect somebody in their own driveway like this individual. Obviously this guy does not have the right temperament to do this line of work. I am a Real estate investor who buys and sells properties all over the state and I lose out on real estate deals all the time Because other investors outbid me. I am also a contractor and I meet with homeowners daily for various different reasons and I bid people on projects daily that end up going to other contractors Who bid against me. It sucks but it is part of the business. My point is I meet with at least a half a dozen homeowners daily and I have never once disrespected anybody like this company did because the homeowner used someone else nor would I ever do so. Unbelievably unprofessional!! If Brandon had such an issue with me using a different company last fall he should've not came out and looked at my driveway again. Because now he just wasted his time twice and will get bad reviews so Seriously what was the point? Long story short, if you're reading this review I suggest going a different direction.
