Andrew's is one of many entities run by Michael and Miranda F., Dan M. and Sten T. They sub out all of the work with very little to no oversight. They use predatory sales tactics including pressure sales. Dan is the most adept at pressuring older people into paying too much for the services. They Intentionally make it difficult for customers to communicate with them and refuse to address any issues caused by their sub contractors. They charge far more than the average snow removal or lawn care company and provide inferior service. Your only chance at getting good service, or even the service you paid for, rests solely on the graciousness of sub contractor assigned to the work. Your agreement will auto renew unless you send a physical letter to their bogus office space in Minneapolis. They appear as "Premier Lawn and Snow" on Angies list. Snow and Lawn Care Services on your service agreement, and Andrews Lawn and Snow on the web. The other locations listed on their website to make them appear as a nationwide company are fictitious. The two Minneapolis addresses are business services (mail forwarding, hourly office space, etc.) to make you appear that your offices are in Minneapolis. They try to hide their actual location. DM me if you need it. You can roll the dice and hope your assigned sub contractor does a good job or look for another company that hires their own crews and takes responsibility, good or bad, for the quality of work that is done. Attached are photos of how predatory their sales are. They took advantage of my poor aunt by charging her a lot of money to service her lawn. She was in tears and very distraught when she told me about what happened and the auto renewal that she did not expect to hit her bank account. Her lawn and yard is a great example of what your yard will end up looking like if you pay for their services. Guessing all of the complaints about their snow removal are legit. It aligns with my Aunts experience. The probably contracted with a bunch of independent low life contractors who failed to fulfill their obligations and service "Andrews" customers while Mike and the gang spend your money on vacations. read more

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! The service was expensive, and I assumed that meant high quality -- it did not. Despite the impression given, there is no single "Andrew" or dedicated provider. It's a national company, and once you sign a contract, the work can be assigned to whoever takes it, resulting in little consistency and poor quality control. Our experience dealing with the Minneapolis office was just as disappointing as the service itself. We found them rude, pushy, and untrustworthy. To make matters worse, they took advantage of my 84-year-old mother through a verbal contract and auto-renewal she clearly told them--twice--she did not want. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. they DO NOT provide service...with each snowfall this winter they did less and less. The 2 car driveway was staked out by the owner before the first snowfall but yet they FAIL to get to the edges by at least 2-3 feet on each side. They use Google Earth to do the estimate, when the owner added services (path for the postman and path to the main street) and it was NEVER done. With the last snowfall which was 5 inches of wet heavy snow they said it would be at least 24 hours for them to do the property. Since the owner has health issues, a good neighbor who owns a Bobcat came and did the driveway down to the pavement so that if needed she could get out or emergency people could get in. 8 hours later the removal service posted a picture of the driveway like they were the ones who cleared it. Every e-mail they send starts with "valued customer", but that is so untrue, all they do is take the customers money and run. For people in the Crystal/Robbinsdale area, DO NOT use them...look for a better service read more

1 Star I would not recommend: I hired Andrew's Lawn and Snow because I didn't want to spend my summer worrying about whether my lawn would get mowed. Unfortunately, that's exactly what I've been doing all season. Their advertised service interval is every 7-10 days, but my lawn was only mowed four times: May 16, June 20, July 14, and July 27. By mid-August, I should have received at least eight mowings, not four. The problem wasn't just the missed service. It was the constant lack of communication and broken promises. I received multiple emails saying my lawn would be mowed "tomorrow," only for tomorrow to come and go with no service. Nearly every other week, I found myself calling to ask whether anyone was actually going to show up. The situation became so frustrating that I ended up mowing the lawn myself several times. On more than one occasion, I had already cut the grass by the time their crew finally arrived, and I sent them away because there was nothing left for them to do. Paying for lawn service and then having to do the work yourself defeats the entire purpose of hiring a lawn care company. Today is August 11, and my lawn still has not been mowed despite two phone calls. The customer service guy told me we are on the schedule for tomorrow and that he would personally verify the service. Based on this season's track record, I have little confidence that it will actually happen. I spoke with Michael "the manager" earlier in the season about these concerns. While he was polite and arranged for some grass seed to be put down, the core issues never changed. The missed mowings, poor communication, and lack of reliability continued. The most disappointing part is that we had decent service last year, which is why we gave them another chance. That was a mistake. I will not be using Andrew's Lawn and Snow again, and I cannot recommend them to anyone looking for dependable lawn service. read more

What a scam! DO NOT give this company your money there are cheaper and much better options! Made it impossible to cancel contract for my dads account and when they tried to renew the contract instead of honoring the 5 emails I sent to cancel the contract stating we do not authorize any future charges, they called my dad and tried to get him to sign back up! They don't answer emails and when I called to let them know I'll file a dispute with the bank for how they illegally charged us they told me I was committing chargeback fraud! This fraudulent company deserves a negative star review. Their lawn service is spotty, unprofessional, and has resulted in damage to my newly installed sod. The grass in my backyard is over 9 inches long, covered in rotting clumps of lawn clippings. There is zero customer service. Avoid this company! read more

They do a terrible job. I always have to redo the steps for the two heaviest snows this winter prior to this last one they came before the snow finished and then told me I had to do the rest that heavy wet snow at the end of February. There was way over 2 inches left when I got up in the morning. I couldn't even tell they had been here when I called about it. They said it had only snowed at a quarter of an inch since they had been here so I was out there shoveling at 9 o'clock at night. My neighbor came over and said he would've done it for me but he thought I had a service. He didn't even realize they had actually been there. But the snow on Sunday they came and shoveled today. Some nice neighbor had shoveled on Sunday and I thought well when they come they will at least clean it up. They did nothing so any snow after early Sunday morning they just left on the sidewalk I had to back my car out of my driveway and shovel snow that was stopping me from being able to enter my garage because they had piled it there. I cannot get to my garbage cans because they have piled snow in front of them. I did shovel a path to get my car out of the garage this morning and they didn't even widen it.. they also did not do the lead walk so visitors to my home have no access to the sidewalk without climbing over a ridge of Snow. There is a reason they have an F rating at the business Better Business Bureau.. I agree they keep changing their name so you don't find their bad reviews. read more

This company is a complete scam. Do not use them. I paid them an excessive amount for snow removal for the winter of 2025-2026. They came for the first one or two snowfalls, and never returned to remove snow for any subsequent snowfall, which were numerous and often heavy, including a giant blizzard over Christmas/New Years -- they never showed after repeated phone calls. I had to do all the snow removal myself, but when I disputed their charge with my credit card company, they lied and claimed they had done the removal. i have sent them many letters documenting their breach of contract, and the next thing I know they send out an unsuspecting young man to do "spring clean up" today so they can charge me. Luckily I was home and able to stop him. When he got his supervisor on the phone, "Arco the Dispatcher", he started to harangue me because his worker was seeking to clean up the leaves he had blown on to my sidewalk. On the last time that they removed snow in February they completed the front sidewalks, but not the back sidewalks or driveway. They then sent us pictures of the work done and told us that we lied. The pictures are only of the front sidewalks and not any of the back area. I also understand that they finish with their services as of March 31. There is no end date in the contract, so I cannot tell. read more

Seriously crooked. Took my money and ran. Day 3 after snow fall ceased and the snow is still there, and they won't call me back. I have 2 buildings and 5 households depending on this service, including elderly and disabled veterans. Watch out, looks like they make it hard to get out of the contract and get your money back. The agreement is the property has to cleared of snow within within 24 hours, but the contract says they have 7 days to fix it until you can get out of the contract. Nice crooked little trick there. Also seems like they changed the name from "Andrews Lawn and Snow" to just "Lawn and Snow," probably because they kept doing this to people and you can't keep track of who they are if they change the name. I agree with the two posted. Same sort of activity. Took $2300 (!) on 6/26/25 . Cleared 11/26 at 4 AM. Did not do edge to edge on sidewalks. On 11/30 they ran a snowblower and took off the top crust leaving sidewalks covered. I left a message. No reply. 12/6 I left several messages. No reply. Sent them a letter to cancel contract delivered to them 12/12. Put stop payment for them on my bank account since I paid them by phone 6/26/25 .(!) BEWARE OF THIS SCAM! AVOID IT! read more
