i've been going to this place for about 15 years and i've never had any issue until today, i came…read morein looking for thermals and the kind man in the printing area pointed me in 2 areas where i can find them 1 where there's a thermal set and 2 where there's thermal tops, while the thermal set was on the floor the tops weren't so i asked the young man on the floor where i can find them he said there wasn't any and when i asked if there was some in the back he told me there wasn't any in the store at all because they're not in season. so when i went back to the man in printing asking about the thermal sets, he assured me that they in fact DO have tops in the back also and proceeded to ask the man (penny or benny im not sure) on the floor to get them for me and that's when i noticed the man on the floor was visually upset that he had to go grab the thermal from the back. he asked what color i wanted and i told him & he brought it out for me and i tried it on and when i asked for another color he said we only have black which i don't know if that was true because he lied about not having thermals in general so i asked for a different size and before going to the back he asked me "are you even going to buy it"...NEVER have i ever been asked by any retail associate anywhere "are you even going to buy it" i told him yes i just need to know what size fits me best. he brought it out and i went to check out *there was no one else there at this time* and as he saw me waiting to check out he kept folding clothes until he finished and then checked me out. i felt so disrespected & disappointed i was treated this way, mind you i'll say again i've been going here for almost 15 years maybe more and never had any issue and it sucks because i love this place all around but the customer service sucked, the man in printing was great & very helpful and without him i would've left empty handed. i almost feel bad leaving this review but 1 persons actions reflect the business as a whole & this experience deserved a review

While they have a large selection of clothing, frequent new inventory, and a staff that has generally been friendly, the overall experience has been disappointing. The biggest issue is the lack of quality control. On my most recent visit, I purchased two shirts and a pair of shorts. One of the shirts had a terrible odor that didnt bother me at first but I noticed it a lot more when I got home. Even after washing it, the smell wouldn't come out. In fact, it became even stronger in the heat - it smelled like a mix of cigarette smoke and mildew. It's so bad it's unwearable. Really wanted to like it too. The shorts were another disappointment. They were sold to me with the security tag still attached. Since I needed them for the weekend, I tried removing the magnetic tag myself rather than making another trip to the store. Unfortunately, the tag broke and ended up damaging the shorts, leaving them unwearable. To make matters worse, the cashier also didn't honor the advertised 30% discount on shorts. I didn't notice until after the transaction, which only added to my frustration. The only reason I'm not giving this store one star is because I did find one shirt that I genuinely liked. Every once in a while, you can come across a good find, and the prices aren't outrageous. However, between the inconsistent quality, items being sold in poor condition, forgotten security tags, and advertised discounts not being honored, I can't recommend shopping here. There are better thrift stores that offer more reliable quality and a better overall experience.

Non of them liked it and he convinced them that it's the one. Then told him a tight ass suit was his size then proceeded to put clips for tailoring even tighter and my fiancé said it's too tight he STILLL proceeded to have it tailored like that then blamed my fiancé for "working out" when it was too tight!! THEN said to iron it and try it on that maybe it will fit then!?!?! then was getting annoyed with us and said "if you don't like it we can give you a refund" then when we agreed on that he said he needs to talk to the owner first then calls and said the owner said no. We paid $441 WITH NO TUX OR REFUND. That man needs to be fired! I asked for the owners number and he wouldn't give it.

We have been coming here for years for t shirts and hats. They have terrible customer service. We…read morebought at a hat about an hour ago and when my boyfriend started to peel the sticker off of the bill it was incredibly obvious that the hat was faded because under the sticker it was very black, so after looking closer and in different lighting the hat noticeably looked like a faded black. I call and ask if we can exchange (not even return) the hat and explain what going on and all she tells me is no the hat can't be faded, no exchanges or returns, if the sticker is off we can't do anything and just kept going on and on with a different excuse and then hung up. So we went to the store not even and hour after purchasing and show her what we're talking about as she tries to tell us that the hat isn't faded which it clearly is. And then tells us he saw the hat before he bought it he should've said something? Like girl what the f***. Anyways we talked for awhile longer and realized she was a waste of time and left.
