I was informed them of the antenna incident which the manager commented "That sucks." I requested a new antenna and was told he had to get it from the Slidell location. After numerous phone calls and run around I was told to get my own antenna and I would be reimbursed. I ordered my own replacement but have yet to be reimbursed. I've written this place and its Slidell location off and warn people that the meth presence is strong at this place. Since I need all the help I can get when it comes to looking and staying cool, I made the decision to tint my windows. Northshore was super easy to get an appointment. I called, set it up for the next day, and was texted a confirmation. On the day of my appointment I arrived and they immediately went to work. They are a husband and wife team. The husband does the tint and the wife runs the office. Both are super personable and enjoyable to talk with. He does great work installing quality tint and she does a great job of explaining the process and making you feel comfortable. Over the past couple of months I have gotten the front windows of my personal vehicle tinted to match the factory tint. On this job they did a perfect match and it was super fast. I also got all of the windows of my work car tinted which completely changed the look of it. I can't say enough good things about their work. Seriously, I couldn't be more happy. I would upload photos of the tint job but then you would know what I drive. Just picture something cool with perfectly tinted windows.
