I needed more hair cutting done but he did not heed my instructions and kept saying this is the best he can do and abruptly left. Based on my experience I felt Alex was extremely unprofessional and brought the place a bad reputation. Other people who cut my hair previously here have been good, and except for this one bad experience, my other experiences at this location have been good.

Chad and his colleagues worked with me to help me get scheduled in a class that fit in my schedule. The professionalism of this instructor was superb. The course has come such a long way. The mannequin simulator used allowed for the class to experience real situation that we may encounter. The instructor, Chad, went over what each person in the class needed to focus on and tailored their experience with the mannequin to actual situations that they would need to react to. I felt the this is by far the BEST company I have ever taken the course with. They are American Heart and you receive a AHA card, which is becoming the requirement for many hospital systems. The price is fair. The location is a bit difficult to find. Tip for finding the location: The New Towne Plaza is the name of the complex and you enter the general entrance on the west side of the building. There is not a sign on the outside of the building.

At first, when my sons were in the class or age groups for 3-6 year olds it was great, once they…read morebecame older and are now in the school age class it seems as though there is plenty of staff or teachers but there isn't enough attention given to the kids's needs. Plus I've heard some staff yell at the kids, one has even cussed at one of my kids. I work at Oregon School District in Transportation and on a couple of my routes there are preschoolers who have trouble getting on and off of the bus so I assist them with the stairs but what irritates me is if I wasn't there to assist those kids, the bus driver is legally not allowed to leave their seat to get off the bus if there are still some kids on the bus, that's why Best Beginnings needs to do their part. The staff needs to open the door walk over to the bus to help assist. Because if one of those kids decides to run off on Best Beginnings property and the bus driver is not allowed, legally, to leave his or her bus with other kids on there then it is solely Best Beginnings responsibility to make sure that kid or kids are safe and sound. My point is that the staff need to be off their phones, I get it they have lives and kids as well, break time is a great time for that just like any other job. They need to meet the kids at the bus door when they get off and on the bus because of safety reasons. To top it all off, Best Beginnings needs to have random drug tests for their staff just like any other job.

He loves going to school. They teach so much that by the time he was 2.5 he knew almost all his letters and numbers to 10.
