At the actual party, James was suppose to show up at 8:30 pm to begin serving. An hour or so passed by but there was no sign of him. I knew there must have been something wrong, but our guests started to become impatient and after two hours a lot of people began to leave. We were all upset but we knew something must have been wrong because we get a call from his friend saying James had lost his phone and couldn't get in contact with us OR GPS to our venue. James, however still made the effort to figure out where we were (by asking a random person at the gas station to help him). This was honestly, HUGE to us and we really appreciate James' effort in STILL showing up, serving our remaining guests with unlimited servings, AND refunding us. Because of this I only accepted partial refund. James came across a stumbling block but did not give up on us. This is someone who cares about his business and serving others. This was a real life situation that turned out great in the end because everyone was so happy!
