After our purchase from Kababayan Bakery, we walked through this place on our way out and decided to stop by. It's a really small place with only a few tables. We ordered various boba drinks and a halo-halo. The young man at the register was really helpful & nice and didn't seem frazzled at all given the long line on Father's Day. The Purple Drank and Ube Wan Blendobi was a hit but Halo-halo fell short, even after manually mixing all the ingredients together, it tasted a bit bland. Hope to try the other menu items when we're back in the area. read more

Toby and Saiden truly made this experience top notch! I already loved coming here, but their customer service and energy made it even better. And PLEASE run for the cookies especially the birthday cake ones because I am officially obsessed. They are so good. The drinks are also amazing. Coming from LA, my brother in law told me his coworkers recommended this place to him. Finally got to try it when visiting this past weekend. I didn't get the name of the employee but receipt says Cyrene so will go by that. She was attentive, super nice and friendly. I said it was my first time there and finally got to try it. They had a first timer discount plus a free topping! Even better!! I was craving a halo-halo and haven't had one in a awhile and with weather getting warmer, it was calling my name. So i got their original which was refreshing. However, next time...i would do the other option where you can choose your own toppings (up to 6) in your halo-halo. Everyone has a different preference. Their original has (sweet banana, ube purple yam, jelly, rice krispy pcs, and another puree of something in it) i added egg pudding as my free topping. I prefer texture and crunch. So jackfruit, tapioca and toddy palm would be my taste of choice. I also got an island breeze drink which is pandan with ube cream and it was delicious and refreshing too!! Was not too sweet and you can really taste the flavors in it. This place is also connected to a quick Philippino fast food and bakery. Super convenient to get extra goodies home!! Was sad they ran out of turon though. Parking is small but descent. The store was also small but also descent and clean. Can't wait to be back to try other things and my preferred toppings next time! read more

This is the local spot to go when it's been hot like how it has these past few weeks, and you don't want to drive far! Conveniently serving the Paradise Hills, Spring Valley, Lemon Grove, and Bonita areas. Friendly and efficient service. Drinks are made not too sweet the way I like and it's very quick to come out! My son always orders the Ube Wan drink which is a mixture of ube and cookies and cream. I always get the 2-story Thai Tea which I love because the thai tea is a bit on the blander side which I like because once you mix in that vanilla ice cream it's perfect and gives it the sweetness it needs! They also have a variety of cold drinks in the fridge. Their fruit teas are also really good. I have yet to try their halo halo! read more

This review is for the catering order that I underwent for a party. I placed the order and got a quote, which conveniently I was able to pay online. I purchased a large Thai iced tea box and two small mango iced tea. I was thinking this would not be enough for the 50+ ppl that showed up but I was mistaken! This was more than enough for the guests and the boba lasted longer than I anticipated. The boba was chewy and fresh and the drinks were the perfect amount of sweetness. SNOICE has always had such a warm friendly vibe - can sense that feeling from the parking spot itself. That loving warm hospitality (family-run) is the top highlight here and that extends virtually to the social media team also :) In terms of drinks and desserts, they have some of the most unique creations in SD.. I was craving for something sweet and good At first I wanted shaved snow then I saw "Halo Halo"... of course I have to try one. The go to ice cream is the "Ube" ice cream and I see there's also the "pinipig". It had the usual fruit stuff but I didn't see the sweet mung bean and Jackfruit. It still worked and it tasted good. Overall I got my fix. Place looks cool and there parking and the bakery next door is worth a try. read more

I love coming to Snoice on a hot day. Their selection of refreshing drinks is the best. So far the Tropical dream and the strawberry cheesecake blend are my favorites. Had to stop by and visit Snoice. Upon entering I was quickly greeted by a young lady named Aiko, who was very helpful and polite while helping me make my order. I ended up getting the "Purple Drank" which is a Taro/ Ube blend . Highly recommended if you enjoy more blended type of boba drinks vs the regular milk teas. Meet the Business Owner: Jayrell R.

Jayrell and Dianne founded Snoice to create a fun and friendly environment for their son, Nathan, to grow up in and to evangelize new concepts in desserts. He believes sharing cold desserts is the perfect way to relax and bond with family and friends in sunny San Diego. Jayrell and Dianne are passionate about family and community. Most of the drinks were offered in three different sizes... 16, 24, and 33 oz. Toppings were $0.75 each which is about par nowadays. Milk Tea, Hot Tea, Flavored Tea, Iced Fruitaro, Fruit Smoothies, Lemonades, Slushies, and a Blended Series were the categories. Five types of Macaron Ice Cream sandwiches were also sold. My choice was a 24 oz Rose Peach Green Tea with regular sweetness, 50% ice, and honey boba pearls added. The blend was very fragrant from the rose component. I seldom see this option with fruit teas at other places. The boba pearls could have been cooked longer to soften them. The processing time to make my drink wasn't very long. There was at least one other boba tea shop within this sprawling mall so there is competition under the same roof. My initial experience with Tea Monks was worth a four star rating.

Well I was thinking I could muscle it through and nope... watermelon smoothie EXPLODED all over me and the counter top... while people were ordering I was so embarrassed haha the girl running the register immediately grabbed the drink and said "don't worry about it I'll make a new one and don't worry about the mess I'll take care of it" is till cleaned up the mess but the gesture was incredibly nice seeing how it was my fault. Yeah well how in the world would I have known that if you didn't pin in my order as completed? I told him up front and pointed at the board, "I didn't know since the number is still under In Progress." He just turns to look at the board and goes "Oh." I took my drink and left. I think what upsets me over the attitude was that he saw me standing there for an absurd amount of time, walked past me once for something, and didn't bother asking like "Hey you've been standing here for a while, can I check your order for you?" It doesn't take a lot of effort to initiate good customer service, but blatant lack of customer service and the additional attitude is what leads to feedback reviews as such. Will unlikely be coming back. I liked the drinks at 3Cat but this was such a negative experience.
