Truley the worst customer service experience I've ever had. Evan Brewer is a Pompas horses' ass. Selling overpriced mediocre cloths at extremely high prices. You'll find better products and pricing at fine establishments like Wal-Mart or Target. If you're looking for quality men's clothing at a fair price and a great customer service experience, try Ted's Clothing in Englewood also Homer Reed Ltd or Andrisen Morton which are both located in Denver. It's impossible for me to find shirts off-the-rack. I work out a lot, so I have a big chest, arms, and shoulders, but a very small waist. I tried other custom shirt companies but never went back because they never got it right. The folks at ratio were super patient with me and got it done. I just ordered my third and fourth shirts from them confidently. It is a little pricey (for me), but if you've spent the kind of time I have shopping without finding ANYTHING that fits right, it's absolutely worth it. read more

If you are like me and have odd measurements, you have to buy shirts at Ratio! I have a 19.25" neck which means to most shirt makers my arms are 35" in length. Nope! Ratio solves that issue. Are they cheap? No. Are they worth it? Yes. read more

I brought the shirt into the store and Evan took care of it- no questions asked and will be shipped a new shirt with my measurements they still have on file- that is customer service! This review is strictly based on the fact that we walked into this business and were not greeted once in the 5 min or so we were there. It is very small. Impossible to miss a customer coming in and unthinkable that as a small business you would neglect an opportunity to welcome someone into your store, even if only to tell them to you'll be with them shortly or that they need to make an appointment and come back later. I've been a Ratio customer for 4-5 years now. I found them online when looking for a new custom shirt provider (service and quality declined with a prior one), and I was pleased to find Ratio is based in Denver. I've been purchasing custom fit shirts for 8-10 years now, and Ratio is far and away the best, in fit, quality and value, and they have a large variety of fabrics from which to choose. If you are new to custom shirts, give them a try, you will find it's well worth it. If you're in Denver, pop by the show room and they'll offer you a cocktail while you browse and/or get fitted. Their customer service doesn't end their either. While I haven't had issues with my shirts, my weight and size fluctuates a bit from year to year, and Evan has been very helpful in getting my measurements adjusted when necessary. They also have a nice reward program that leads to a free shirt after so many purchases. Five stars...can't recommend them enough. And I love supporting a small, local, entrepreneurial business. read more

Excellent quality. Great Fit. I had become frustrated finding shirts and sport coats that fit off the rack and even with higher end retailers could not find a consistent fit. Now my shirts fit (down to one cuff being slightly larger to accommodate my large format watch) and the quality is excellent. Price point is similar to a higher end brand at a retailer. Reordering even years later is easy, with a couple clicks I have new shirts being made and shipped directly to my house Highly recommend. read more

This is my second experience with Ratio. I am not a wealthy person and the concept of bespoke clothing while attractive , always seemed beyond my means. A friend got me a gift certificate a few years ago and the rest is history. The service and friendliness of the employees is what you would expect from a company that provides custom fitted shirts. The selection is very well thought out and varied. The owners and staff are patient and knowledgeable. If you care to,you will learn a great deal about clothing and how it is made. The setting is perfect and appropriate in that you feel like a gentleman and astute buyer even if you are just a regular guy trying to get a nice shirt. The chambray work shirt I purchased with my original gift card has been and remains my favorite shirt and the object of many positive comments from those who recognize a great fabric and a custom fit. Approximately one year after my initial purchase one of the owners of the company called me personally and asked if the shirt was all that I expected and wanted to ensure that I was happy with all phases of my experience. Evan apologized for not contacting me sooner and stated that he was behind in following up with previous clients. If you are not in the position where spending upwards of 100.00 dollars for a shirt is an option, request a gift certificate from loved ones and use it towards the price of a shirt when you are ready. The jump to bespoke clothing is not for everyone.The staff and service at Ratio make it a pleasant and satisfying experience that most will want to repeat. My build is rather, shall we say, unusual, and custom shirts are the only way I can get a respectable fit. Found Ratio Clothing via online recommendations and am fortunate I did. The first shirt I ordered did not fit well, likely because of my measuring errors; returned it to Ratio, and they made it perfect. Just received a second order, and it truly is awesome. These gentlemen are absolute pros. They offer customization of details like moving the second button up or down or leaving some more space on one wrist if you always wear watch, but in the showroom they are masters of distilling all the options down to digestible chunks. I have ordered shirts from this company since I discovered them on a trip in 2012. Whenever I am visiting Denver, I like stopping in their store to try on sample shirts to see if I like the color and patterns. I then order the shirt using my saved shirt measurements once I get home. The staff really do stand behind their product. Yes, these shirts are on the expensive end (though not way out of line compared to a Brooks Brothers shirt or similar design), but once measured, they look astonishingly good - great fit and comfort. And the customer service is terrific - leading up to the purchase and afterwards, the owner and staff continued to check to make sure I liked the shirt and that it fit properly. I was planning on trying out a custom online shirt purchase and then ran across Ratio which also happened to be local to me. It was quick and easy to set up an appointment online to for a fitting, and they had a number of available times to choose from. The fitting itself was quick and easy, basically a number of questions to determine what type of look you want followed by the measurements. After that we tried a shirt that was close to the right size so that some final decisions could be made. At that point I picked out a few choices (a dress shirt and a more casual fit shirt) for them to make and then wait for the to show up. We needed to make a few adjustments to the casual shirt which they then remade. The different fits are perfect now and I'll continue to purchase a shirt here and there to replace other items I already own. The only thing better than the shirts themselves could be Ratio's customer service. Evan was helpful with the changes I needed and responded quickly to my questions on email. Between the shirts I got and the service I got it made me actually join Yelp just to review them as my first review. Thank you Ratio and Evan. read more

I was fitted by Evan last Saturday. Really enjoyed the whole process. He genuinely asked probing questions to really understand my needs. I did not feel pressured at all to buy even after all those detailed measurement process. With their ability to customize, they offer a solution to my difficulties on finding well-fitted shirts at a FAIR price point. Their normal turnaround time is 3-4 weeks. I told them my big presentation is coming up in 2 weeks, which I wont get the shirt in time unless I pay $20 expedited fee. Did not feel like spending extra just for that, took my chance, placed the order through normal turnaround time. The next day, got an email that they would take care of it for me! My other half is a man who volunteers his own money, vacation time, and expertise to heal kids with cleft palates in Peru. He is a man that had the courage to love a single mom, and put himself second while putting our children first. He will bathe our littlest in the most gentlest of ways even after a long day working at a Children's hospital with nary a complaint, while ordering flowers for my hotel room when I am travelling for work. Yet despite this, he is all man climbing the tallest mountains in Colorado, drinking the finest bourbons and Scotches, and camping in the woods. This is a man that deserves to be appreciated for his masculinity as well as his refinement, so when I went searching for the perfect anniversary present, I'm so glad I found you. The entire experience custom fitting him for a bespoke shirt was immaculate, polished, and masculine in a way that men are rarely able to enjoy. There is an art to manliness that I think is nearly lost in today's fast, mobile and disposable world and you have a right to call yourself artists in this domain. I cannot wait to see him properly dressed for the Kentucky Derby, wearing the shirt you tailored. You made my other half feel as priceless as I think him to be.
