I called and left messages with staff with name and number with no return called. I was leaving the state and needed to cancel my membership. Do to staff not contacting me back in a reasonable amount of time, over 30 days. (also, I was not able to go to the building, I had left the state, by the time I was working with staff). I received a from the billing company (and as of today 4 months as well). requesting money. I had gone to my bank and stop payments. Staff's excuse for not replying to me is that they get to many emails and calls. I worked with staff to make a one time payment. but she requested my military contract of departed the local area. Which has my SSN. I informed I was pending the document to my system. made that last payment and as of the week, i have noticed that the gym was still chagrining me. their billing company is not leaving messages. I had paid for over 6 months not going into the gym. But man, when they want their money, they want their money. The Billing staff does not follow their business values and mission statement. I had to cancel payments with my other bank to have them stop. The staff member i was working did agree with me make a one-time payment more than the normal monthly payment to close the account. and text me she would only close the account ones i give her military documents, that again have my SSN, and she does not need to stop my monthly payment.

Where do i begin…read more... I began my journey at PUSH a little over 3 years ago. I think for anyone who has been out of the fitness game for a while, coming back in can definitely be intimidating, scary, and sometimes discouraging. Im so happy THIS is where i began... it was nothing like i'd feared. The trainers are all so Knowledgeable, motivating, and welcoming! You really begin to feel like you are a part of something bigger, a fitness family that is constantly PUSHing eachother to do better, work harder, and grind a little more every day. I do personal training with Mike Contreras, who is amazing at what he does with every client, just like all the Push trainers are! Not only do they offer personal training, but athletic, crossfit, and physical therapy. To top it off and one stop shop that offers a shake/meal prep bar and chiropractor. 3 years later, -80lbs (still a bit to go), I've seen my body, STRENGTH, and own self confidence grow. Im not so hell bent on numbers on a scale, but what my body is capable of; endurance, strength. It wouldn't have been possible without the daily inspiration i get from my PUSH family. Thank you guys for all your patience and motivation!

FYZICAL Athletics - Our "Fyzical" Therapist David treating our athletes

I've always wanted to lift heavy weight, but I was always embarrassed and honestly I was clueless…read moreon how to do any of it safely. I always heard horror stories on how people who lifted heavy weights injured themselves for life because they had the wrong form the entire time and didn't know it. I decided to give Fyzical a try because I saw my friend's body transform within a few months of working out, twice a week. I did my research and discovered that they are also a part of Fyzical Physical Therapy. It intrigued me because of my background in science and being a nurse. I kept reading about them on their website and saw that each of the trainers also have their bachelor's degree in kinesiology. So, I (a 42 year old) started in August 2023 and currently still work out there. I have gone from 170lb to 154lb and I am still losing. I also feel stronger and have improved my joint mobility. The trainers are excellent in guiding you through each workout and are quick to point out if you are doing an exercise wrong. Their goal is to make you stronger and quicker without hurting yourself. If you are going to start, but you have an injury, the trainers will modify the workout for you to prevent further injury. Each workout is scientifically based and changes monthly. They also have an app for you that helps you keep track of your weights, reps and exercises. This is the only gym that I have been consistent with because of the results I have seen in myself. It also helps that you have to let the trainer which days you will be there...because they will be expecting you! They hold me accountable. This gym is definitely worth the money that I pay each month. I spent so much on other gyms and I never went to them (what a waste). So if you want to get in shape, feel younger and healthier, check this gym out! :)

Take the guess work out of your work out…read more I've done it all: 9Round, 21 Day Fix & other online programs, to personal training sessions with Anytime Fitness, to just winging it. After Anytime I developed a passion for working out and improved my form. For awhile I wrote my own workouts, but I travel for my job and I'm studying to obtain a Master's degree, quite frankly I don't have the time to plan my workouts. So here I am in El Paso for 7 months for my job and I came across Trainer Kai and his crew at TKFit. I called and spoke with Kai for about 30 minutes about my goals and my intentions, he listened and suggested I come in for a trial run. I loved it! Now because I've done it all (see above) I grilled Kai - made him work for my membership. He was a great sport, answered all my questions no matter how ridiculous they might have been. I'm 2 weeks in and I am loving it! The workouts are challenging, but doable. It's only 30 minutes of your day. You are encouraged to go at your own pace but CHALLENGE yourself. As with any program or any routine, you get out what you put in! Whether you've tried it all or your just starting your fitness journey, TK Fit is WORTH A SHOT! All the members and trainers are very down to earth. They are currently offering free classes on Friday's - if they ask, Delia sent you! Please go check them out, on either the East or the West side.

Don't be duped into the 6-week challenge. Looking back, I should've realized that 20 lbs in 6-weeks…read moreis pretty impossible or extremely difficult unless you overhaul your entire life. Off the bat, not free. $300 deposit for what they trainer Kai says was their investment in us. However, their investment was pretty much nonexistent. Basically you are paying for the classes. First, he claims personalized meal plans. Nope, basically some generic recipes that he got off Pinterst or something. It just includes healthy recipes as if we didn't know that. Be ready to be in a constant calorie deficit. As for the actual classes, I actually enjoyed them. They were the perfect length(30 minutes), and pretty intense. I did go to the required 4 classes per week, and I was feeling stronger as time went on. It was nice to be able to do something different then the normal gym workout. Each class was different and kept you on your toes. Is it worth the overpriced membership, no. There are a couple of requirements that were part of the program, and one of them was a weekly weigh-in. Since I was on the West-side, they were on Monday. However, working in healthcare, my scheduled varied. When I spoke to Trainer Kai in advance asking if I could come in on Tuesday instead for one of the weeks. It was a hard no. No compromising, nothing. No care of other peoples' schedule. It was his ticket in and claim that I didn't meet the requirements, and he got my money. Even when I asked if I can stop by and have another trainer to just take my measurements, and we can discuss the results later. Nope! Apparently, his trainers are so incompetent that they can't write down the results for him. There was no compromise at all. You would think if he wants us to be successful, he's willing to work with us. I was trying to work with him so I can continue with the program, but after I saw that. I quickly realized he was looking for any excuse to say that I didn't meet the requirements. At one point, he actually wanted me to drive 30 minutes to East side just for a check-in that takes 10 minutes. That's how manipulative he was. After that, I got disheartened and I saw that he was not intersted in my success. I stopped going to the classes about 4 weeks in, and where was the support that he claimed he was going to give? NOPE AGAIN. Did not hear from him ever again. Never reached out to me. What's in it for him? He got my money. Overall, I should've known better. It takes months for people to lose that much weight, and its not something that can be done immediately. There's lifestyle, mental and physical changes that needs to occur, and for some people 6 weeks is not long enough. It is a gradual process that takes time. There are people that claimed they were able to lose the 20lbs, but get ready to overhaul your entire life in 6 weeks.
