This lady, Arlene, does not follow directions. I brought a photo and specifically asked for long…read morelayers because I knew the cut required it. She said "it isn't going to be long layers". She then proceeded to chop short layers all over my head. I asked her to fix my bangs and she thinned them out instead of cutting a little length off WHILE she was trying to sell me Bosley MD thickening shampoo. I kid you not. I have had numerous hairdressers do this cut perfectly. This woman made a mess of my hair, even telling me "you can come back if you don't like it." What in the world makes her think I would waste more time and money asking her to fix her mess when she didn't bother to do the right thing the first time? She also quoted me $30 for the cut and then put in $32 into her card reader, not $30. She has Jesus all over her salon but apparently is so ego driven that she can't even follow simple directions and give a decent cut. She told me she did not have time to style it and when I got home and tried to style it myself, it became quite obvious that this cut would not replicate the photo I brought and that is the reason she couldn't style it. What is wrong with this woman? I would not recommend this hairdresser to anyone, unless you want her to purposefully cut your long hair into a mess and chop it to pieces. I am so pissed. She even said to me that the layers would not be even! I was already in her chair and she had started chopping my hair to bits. I would have walked out otherwise. WWJD? What she did to me is literally sheer evil. No Jesus anywhere to be found! PS. See the atttached photo for proof and AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!!

My grandmother was a former client that recently passed away my parents ran into his defunct assistant and asked her if the salon missed my grandmother. I was shocked and appalled when I was told the only thing they missed was the money! This business gives a new meaning to a hen house with overpriced less than par work. So if you enjoy idle gossip of the locals and fantastic Sam's quality haircut then please knock yourself out but there are way better hairstylists in Trinidad.

Got a haircut and beard trim and I gotta say It's definitely one of the best haircuts I've had and I don't think my beard has ever looked better.
