This was denied by the sales staff, at which point my mechanic indicated that there was still sand in the engine bay from the sandblasting(The process by which they strip off the old paint when they do body work and repaint). Sales manager made up some story about 'the car fax is clean'. Of course it was clean, the work was clearly done in-house at their dealership. Theres a term for this, it's called 'misrepresentation' and it's actually against the law. Definitely don't recommend this place. Car buying is difficult as is, let alone with shady dealers and sales staff. Can't imagine trying to oversee fine print with them given their actions.

Thank goodness I had them look it over, because the vehicle wasn't even able to pass inspection. Making matters worse, the front lower ball joints were damaged, making it unsafe to drive. It was a very disappointing and sobering experience, nearly being ripped off by a sleazy used car dealer. I've included a copy of the inspection report as well. Some family! Don't believe all their nonsense. Just another dealership that cares about their bottom line and nothing else.
