Every time I contact them, I'm constantly reminded of why I only buy parts from them. Not only are they extremely knowledgeable of the products they sell, but they're always trying their best to make sure you're happy with them. Whether it be giving you advanced notice if your parts are on back order or always being a quick phone call away, they're always on top of things! After my last order of parts, they went so far as to contact me personally and see how things went with the install and what the outcome of the upgrade was. During one other purchase, the product was missing a small yet important piece. Without asking a single question, they had the part in the mail with next day delivery! I have yet to ever have a negative experience with them, and their customer service keeps me coming back as a loyal customer! In a world where businesses seem to only see you as a walking dollar sign, it's truly remarkable how the people at Fred Beans Parts handle their customers! 5 confident stars!

In July 2025, I contacted Thompson Toyota to place an advance order for a 2026 Toyota RAV4 Limited…read moreHybrid. I clearly explained that I would purchase the vehicle from Thompson if they honored the $500 Hero discount that was being offered at Team Toyota. The Sales Manager, Steve Tagye, responded and initially confirmed that honoring the $500 discount would not be an issue. Based on this clear agreement, I placed a deposit. After several months of waiting for the redesigned RAV4 to enter production, the dealership located a vehicle for me in February. At this point, communication broke down completely. The sales consultant, Ken, could not make even minor decisions and was forced to defer to Steve Tagye for nearly everything. In March, Steve Tagye unilaterally backed out of the previously agreed-upon $500 discount on a vehicle with a list price of approximately $49,000. Despite the clear documentation of our agreement and my repeated references to it, he refused to honor the commitment and attempted to argue that the agreement never existed. This was a blatant use of manipulative and unethical sales tactics, wasting my time and trust. I immediately requested my deposit back and decided to take my business elsewhere. Potential buyers should exercise extreme caution when dealing with Steve Tagye and Thompson Toyota.

Jaquon found the blade that was a fit for my car, and when I asked how to put it on, he offered to come outside to do it for me. I watched as he worked with skill and patience, so the next time I should feel comfortable doing it without his assistance.
