Both were blown away by what she had to say and her accuracy! Over the years, Tonya has also helped me get around personal "blocks" that I have - basically hangups and demons that come back to haunt me and wreak havoc in my life. They're reoccurring, and while she can see the root of the cause and give me suggestions on what I need to do to "heal," she can't fix me. I know this and am just grateful that she recognizes how these blocks will affect other aspects of my life. She's also helped me come to terms with my insecurities and get past them. I know that this sounds like counseling/psychoanalysis stuff, but she's not only intuitive, she's healing. I've finally overcome what has kept me in a rut for so long and finally feel AMAZING about myself and my life, and am able to apply these lessons to other aspects. Her readings and insight really help me reflect and meditate on where I've been, what I want, and what's really important. Tonya still continues to give me guidance and get a sense for the future. She's been particularly helpful with my career (she predicated that I would love my career change, and I absolutely do!), as well as helping my husband navigate his career path. Not everything she sees is happy and perfect, but it allows us to prepare mentally and emotionally for what's to come, as well as help us focus on what we truly want from our jobs. I really could go on and on about how accurate she's been, even with the mundane stuff (when am I getting my next tattoo?), but hopefully you get the point. Be forewarned: if you're a hater or not a believer, don't waste your or her time. There's no sense going in to see her if you've already decided that it won't work, because you're right: it won't. If you come in with a block, it's like asking her to talk to you behind a closed door, or listen to you talk while you have the phone on mute. First time participating in this event. It was a lot of fun. I would say the only thing I would say…read morethat caught me off guard was the initial start point was a little cramped, so I couldn't get around a few walkers that were in front of me. Also the route changed a little. I was expecting to go left on Eucalyptus according to the map, and how I trained, but we turned right going around the church (I think it was a church) then coming back to Eucalyptus. Oh well, just a little mental adjustment and reset then by the time we got back to Eucalyptus I remembered the rest of the track (probably had to do with the closer of the trail. My experience over all was a 5 star. There's another event I'm preparing for coming up in September (another 5K in Vista) but non the less I really enjoyed my experience and will try and get conditioned for the 10K for next years Strawberry Run.

I've now had three sessions with Kathy the first was a 30 minute reading, followed by two energy healing sessions. Each having been insightful in their own ways and after each healing session I felt more focused and aware. I had much less anxiety about the worries and stress I was feeling about my life. When a friend of mine told me about Kathy and how she can do all of these sessions over the phone I was a bit skeptical. I am a person that prefers in person interactions or so I thought. In my mind being in person would create a stronger connection but Kathy has no problem whatsoever reading me over the phone. An added bonus to having a session over the phone is that you can be in the comfort of your home. During all of our sessions I've sat/laid in my bed with my cozy sweats on and after each one I've gotten to take my time coming back into the real world.
