I consider myself a seasoned meditator, a yogi and have been in the process of "doing the work" for three years. ButI had never done Reiki. I made an appointment with Erin at Mind Body Solutions for my first Reiki session while on vacation in Oceanside. First impressions... Erin's studio is beautiful. You feel the good vibes the moment you walk in the door and it's clear she's deeply invested in her practice by the tools that are beautifully displayed. Erin is warm and welcoming the moment you meet her. Although this was my first Reiki session and I was not sure what to expect, I felt completely comfortable with her, and even more so as she began an easy conversation with me that built rapport before we started the session. Erin artfully weaved into the conversation what I could expect during the session, and it felt more conversational than informational, and by the end of it, I felt I could trust her to let the session just flow without my guard being up. I was very relaxed and comfortable and ready to dive deep. Erin led me through a beautiful guided meditation unlike anything I've ever experienced. It was so loving and safe and slow and I was able to shut off my thinking brain and let go. Erin incorporated crystals, crystal singing bowls, oils and I don't really know what else into my session, but the experience was profoundly healing. I've never been able to successfully get through an inner child healing experience, but I absolutely did with Erin and it was incredibly beautiful, healing, and inspiring. Just as she eased me into that state, Erin eased me out slowly and without rushing me. As she began to share some of her insight from the session and I shared my experience, I was blown away by the intimacy of her intuition. Best way to describe Erin is "Master Healer". I feel lucky to have had the opportunity to work with someone so gifted and inspiring. I've been to psychics/healers over the past 20 years. This healing was on another level aka "healing on STERIODS!" This is a once in a lifetime opportunity for many people particularly those who don't know anything about reiki like me. What she does and can do was a huge eye-opener for me. 20 years of psychological therapy could not have retrieved and reintegrated the parts of myself that I had given up or had taken away by the "world" and its ways. Erin is phenomenal. Reiki is a game changer. I can to her for hypnotherapy but ended up going with Reiki instead. I cannot say enough positive things about her or her practice. After my first session, my anxiety was more than halved (not shabby for someone who's lived with crippling PTSD). I had never had a reiki session before, but was very open to whatever it was going to be... Wasn't sure what to expect. This was my first Reiki session and I had heard of Erin through Hot Yoga Healthy You. I have been having reiki sessions with Erin since March 2017 and it has changed my life in every positive way possible.
