I can't recommend John enough. He has worked on my firearms as well as several for friends in my group, and the quality of his work has always been excellent. He's knowledgeable, detail-oriented, and clearly takes a lot of pride in what he does. What really stands out is how comfortable he makes people feel during training. He has taught CCW classes for women's groups and has been one of the first instructors many women have felt genuinely at ease learning from. He's patient, professional, and focused on safety while still making the experience approachable and empowering. If you're looking for a CCW instructor who knows his stuff and creates a positive learning environment, I highly recommend him. read more

Raven's Keep Armory is the response to a long term dream, a dream of providing an inclusive, welcoming environment where people from all walks of life and all experience levels could come and learn about personal protection and responsible gun ownership. In September of 2025, with the support of family and close friends, I decided it was time to bring that dream into reality. Ravens Keep Armory did a great job on my Marlin 45/70. It was a surprise Christmas present from my wife. They upgraded my firearm with Magpul furniture and a ghost ring site and rail. It came out far better than expected. The gun turned out beautiful and shoots like a dream. I am Able to accurately acquire targets , through the new sites , much quicker then my old scope. The rifle has a more modern feel and look. Absolutely Love it! They also had the firearm back to my wife very quickly. I would definitely recommend Raven Keep Armory, for any firearm purchases or upgrades. John is very friendly and professional. I recommend talking with John about any of your firearm needs, he is an expert in this field. Definitely will be doing business with Raven Keep Armory in the near future! read more

John is Professional. Thorough. Punctual. Extremely Patient. Knowledgeable. Prepared 100% all the times. Organized. He an excellent instructor and trainer He was one of the instructor in our Woman's Gun Club , he made us feel so comfortable around the guns ...
