Bob worked for Coldwell Banker AREA, Inc. for eight years before joining Carr Gottstein Properties (owner of one of Alaska's largest real estate portfolios). There he spent ten years procuring and handling over 100 active leasing accounts in addition to marketing and negotiating the sales of various CGP assets. In 2004 Martin opened Ravenwood Real Estate working exclusively on commercial sales and leasing.
