The reservation was simple, I called they sent me an electronic contract outlining what we had talked about on the phone. I was surprised when I received the contract no hidden fees or funny business. I just got an email asking me to provide the stops for the night, now I just got another email introducing the driver. So far to this point I am super impressed with the operation and how they do business. On January 4, 2026, We purchased the most expensive party bus rental for an event on February 20th, for $1158, with supposedly BOGO. When attempting to book an April date event, it was not available and had prematurely expired October 25-Feb 28th. WHY an expiration date so far back to OCT????? I BOOKED JAN 2026!! So I had 24 days to use the BOGO????? And 8 days from the event???? And furthermore, ON OUR EVENT DATE on February 20th, the chauffeur DID NOT ARRIVE at the scheduled pickup spot. He read our past event from last year and not the CURRENT communication. Even though my husband CONFIRMED the day prior!!! He was over 30 minutes past pickup, which had a domino effect on the "assigned time itinerary". I did not call & complain. But Tom, to not make a 30day exception and insure a satisfied customer, a repeated customer, is VERY disappointing. BUYER BEWARE! BUYER BEWARE! BUYER BEWARE!

I searched for photographers in the area and came to find Captured Light Photography. Right away I noticed that they offer a coupon on their website, so I called to get information. I spoke to the studio manager about my needs and she was friendly and helpful.She gave me all of the pricing information right up front and I scheduled the appointment at that time. When I arrived at the studio I was impressed with the privacy thay offered. Nothing like the portrait studios in stores, I was the only customer there and they devoted their complete attention to capture great portraits of my child. I am very happy with the service and quality portraits I received. I am definately going back for christmas. By the way I found out that they offer photography classes as well!
