The seat mold was terrible, and my normally gray dash was close to being black. I had heard positive comments on Boat Butlers from neighbors and decided to give them a try. I met Jason, who was there to clean my boat on his committed date. (What a nice guy!) I was in and out of the house that day, so I'm not exactly sure how long the job took him (hours and hours!), but the end result is amazing. My boat seats nearly look brand new. I had my boat schedule to repair the cover (which was under warranty). It was scheduled a month out and I dropped off my boat for 2 weeks. When I called to pick it up the service had not been completed. When they did complete the fitting of the cover there were broken snaps and extra snaps where they did not belong. They were also supposed to attempt to clean the seats - which was never performed. I would not recommend buying a boat here for the sole reason of poor service after purchase.

Picked up the boat and they charged us over $800. THAT IS BAD BUSINESS. If we had discussed an $800 fee we may have been comfortable with that price. But to charge more than twice the quoted price?!
